I brought a small Jede plant from a nursery and planted in a small 3" plastic pot. Kept it in balcony where they is heat of sun but sunlight can't enter. I don't water it regularly, when the soil gets dry I water it. One to two leaves are dropping almost everyday. Also leaves a not much thick. What's the problem how to solve. Saw I one RUclips video by keeping iron nails in the pot just under the soil helps the plant to grow better.

1.Should there be a drainage hole in pot when planting a stem cutting.
2.Should we only mist the medium to keep it moist or fully water till water drains.
3.Can we plant it in teacups that have holes using only cocopeat and compost, misting only when it dries.
4.How to grow up these plants from leaves.
5.Do we need to allow stems to dry before planting as shown in various videos.
