I wish more owners would treat their chameleon as good as you do. I can really feel the trust between you two.
Same. There's too many videos out there of people abusing their animals, and especially chameleons. Chams aren't social, and they don't like people although my two seem to be exceptions to that. There's this company called The Reptile Zoo, insanely popular on tiktok and facebook, and every single one of their videos is just them abusing animals. It makes me incredibly sad to see that.
@@TaylorShawntrue, saw one in a mini swing with his eyes closed, by stress :(. And yes, if you respect their boundaries they will trust you. My girl also likes me, she's a yemen. Yes i have seen them. It's so sick, youtube should demonetize animal abuse.

This is nothing lol, wait till you see him now. We spend about 3 hours a day together. Dude does this little grunt hiss thing until I get him out, and then his favorite spot is 5 inches from my face on my microphone boom. Just stares at me all day and tries to hit me in the eye with his tongue (no joke). I'm way, waaay behind on videos due to catching covid and other complications from that, but I'll get to the real trust part soon I promise.
Maybe he goes for you head because he's reasoned the only place you could be pulling the bugs from is in your hair.
Maybe if I put him in Cyberpunk he would be one happy chameleon with all the bugs in there lmao
