That’s hard. But I wanted to offer that I don’t think that writing is just sitting down to write. Living inspires writing, and it’s also part of what you put out when you sit down to write. I’m a psych nurse. I was working inpatient through the pandemic. I really love mental health and helping others especially those at the worst point of their lives. But I quit after a year. The work environment was so toxic. My co-workers were sometimes worse than the patients. Nurse bullying was crazy. When I kept miscarrying due to the stress that psychiatric emergencies would put on me… I was done. I took about a year off. I got pregnant two weeks after quitting my job. I had my daughter after 3 miscarriages. I still work in behavioral health as a nurse. I thankfully have a remote job now. I’m very thankful to be home with my daughter. It was a journey.
Congrats to you! Glad you were able to find something that works since professional laborers are always needed. Quitting for "soft life" is cute but others still gotta work for maintaining that new livelihood.
last year I was in a similar situation to Mr. Hallease. I was at a job that was crushing me around the clock (mentally and professionally) and I felt my flame of creativity was completely put out because of it. Escaped to a completely different career and ended up getting laid off, but all that time away and not working helped me recalibrate (and draw closer to God). Now I'm back in my original career with a clearer mentality: found a better company, have stronger boundaries created between work and personal time, and I'm more committed to my creative endeavours :) It seems like he's walking back into nursing with the right attitude and already has the ball rolling with his writing.
I also called my time unemployed a sabbatical as well 😅 I think everyone should be afforded extended time off work to ground themselves in what's really important in life
Before the pandemic, I made a decision to leave everything behind, start a new page. Relocated to Malaysia for grad school, I still remember watching y'all back in 2019. I spent over a decade in tech, no real satisfaction from both the financial and personal point. I'm still in tech but I'm a consultant data scientist, I love working with data and couldn't trade that for the world. Back to y'all. I think both of you guys are in your respective elements and that will surely lead you to the highs of life, many growth stories are what I'm waiting to see y'all go through. Whatever yiu go through in life, it's a message. So let your life be a message. Simple as that. Love y'all! ❤
I left a high stress and demanding job last year because my body was falling apart due to neglect (the job sucked up all my time and energy). I’d been in that role for 7 years before then. This time off has been a godsend- I took care of my body and started going to therapy, read more books, and cooked/baked a lot of interesting things. Now I’m trying to make a career shift and have been putting out applications for about a month and wow how quickly it’s turned back into an employer market! 500+ applicants per job, after the post only being up for 6 hours. That you have an interview right now is great news! I wish you the best of luck and hope you find a role that is both fulfilling and balanced 🙏🏼
I'm a floor nurse, and I haven't worked since August 2022. I have to find work, but nothing in noodles is appealing. Hospitals in my area are not hiring per diem staff. You have to sign on full time. As such, I've been focusing on applying to non-bedside roles.
You got an interview within a week? You are doing pretty damn good! Also, healthcare is really hurting for staff. I can't imagine you won't have your pick of jobs.
Hey y’all. I am a proud quiet quitter and left my last employer after almost a decade. Spent the year doing a lot of inner reflection, then got pulled into a new job, same industry, but for the most part, treated much better. Although I didn’t want to go back to this role, I now have a clearer purpose. Its good to have something steady and making it work for you than against you is key. Tldr; Quitting not bad, its okay to go back, but make sure its better than the last 😅
This is just another step in endeavoring to persevere! I’ll be praying that 1) Mr. Hallease finds an amazing job that allows y’all to thrive in Atlanta 2) The pack for the move and the actual move goes smoothly 3) That your new home is amazing and 4) nothing but greatness after chasing and being chased by the struggle bus
Story! I had a successful destination wedding planning business in Portugal for 5 years but the pandemic decimated my spirit in every way possible. I was broke, burnt out, and still having to work on postponed weddings. So I turned to freelance writing as a side hustle for those two aching years of completing postponed weddings for zero money. Fast forward to today. I no longer plan weddings and have found happiness as the marketing strategist for a startup company. I write every day and am making so much progress with my novel. I'm also relocating from Portugal to France! Life can change dramatically but it can take some time to get there. I have every faith you'll find your way back to writing Mr Hallease! Much love from across the pond to you both x
I had two coworkers at a dance studio quit full time teaching to go get a 9-5. They still teach part time, come train with enthusiasm, and are advancing their careers and hobbies (2nd careers?) simultaneously, and I'm sure you can too!

Keep following your path and the Best will be seen before you. God Bless and All the best in your move. I look forward to seeing your new place.💕💕💕🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
🌾🌾👀🌾🌾 I mean what y’all didn’t see was me going through an emotional rollercoaster after receiving that email from my CPA and the subsequent difficult conversations.
Solely based on the title and thumbnail alone, you did not fail. You have accomplished SO much, Hallease!!! I am so proud of you. This is simply redirection and the puzzle pieces will arrive later. I'll come back later and fully watch so I can give you the attention this video deserves. Please know I'm always here for you. Much love!!!
Woo Lord...flashbacks. We learned this the hard way too after our first year running our video production company full-time. Being a single-member LLC smacked us in the face...new car territory for sure lol. We were using the Profit First methodology (which is fantastic)...but I'd only been saving the 15.3% self employment tax...not the additional state and federal income tax that we'd end up owing too 😥😥😥 That was a couple of years ago, and we're still working through the repayment plan...and in the meantime, switching to S-Corp lol. Kudos to ya'll for making this decision for your family. Praying for much success and growth!
You guys just keep on keepin' on, you guys are young and talented and that won't go away. I think that the new experiences as a nurse might work for your creative process. In any event, I wish nothing but the best for you guys.
Rooting for your transition back into the traditional workforce, Mr. Hallease. That's a tough decision, but I totally admire the courage and grace you two have in navigating such a big life change. I'd be happy to share my story from the past ~2ish years: One month after the first big COVID lockdown in spring 2020, I left a full-time job to become a freelance medical editor-partially because I finally admitted to myself that the job I was in really just was not for me, and partially to enable my husband and me to relocate abroad (that didn't happen until last year though). It probably seemed like a strange move from the outside, as I was leaving an on-paper "cool," creative job (radio/podcast producer) to do something that most people have never heard of and that sounds completely unglamourous, but it was hands-down one of the BEST life decisions I've ever made. The flexibility and calm it's brought to my life is now completely indispensable. I immediately grabbed a piece of paper and wrote down what you said about taking every opportunity for life to be soft, Hallease, because that's 10000% the attitude I have toward work and life now, and that's largely because of that career move. Anyway-I have faith that things will settle back into a good place for you both soon. I'm preaching to the choir here, but if there's one thing being self-employed has taught me, it's that ebbs and flows are a fact of life and sometimes the best we can do is practice some radical acceptance of our present circumstances until the next break comes through. x
Wow! What a journey. Yes, floating through the ebbs and flows of freelance life is a super power in it's own right. I'm glad you were able to transition something that brings you peace. Also, congrats on getting out of the country. I'm genuinely always in awe of how amazing some of y'all are here in the comments.
I think it is very helpful to have one partner with a W-2. This year's taxes has been tough for a lot of people. I've done taxes for a several years and it has changed for everyone, not just people with higher incomes.
Omg I'm experiencing the SAME thing! My business did well last yeaf and now i have to give a pound of flesh along with my normal quarterly taxes and I am STRESSED! 😢😢😢
I quite nannying and writing kids books in 2020 in order to move to Sweden for Grad School - I got my degree, masters in Experimental and Biomedical Science and started working in the same lab where I did my thesis. now I LOVE science, but not gonna lie, Academia is slowly crushing my soul. I will probably transition from this to something like Science communications.
@@hallease Evelyns' awesomeness directed me here 🥰 Honestly the 'For People Who Feel Behind In Life' video you worked on with her pulled my head out of some pretty dark spots. Your stuff on Digital Storytelling is always very well-spoken and just ... my soul vibes with that stuff, you know? But seriously, even if Mr. Hallease is going back into Nursing it's really nice to have a dedicated like 'reserved' spot in your life and schedule to be able to sit down and right. I used to squat in a Panera bread for the 2-3 hours between job one and job two in my 20's. Got some seriously awesome writing time in there, and the routine of the habit mixed with the novelty of different people and locations was like magic for my neuro-spicy brain... plus if I was there I wouldn't feel guilty for not doing the laundry for the third week in a row. *BONUS FACT ( I blame my brain): Mycobacterium tuberculosis re-wires chemical markers on your DNA to affect the pathophysiology of tuberculosis infection and affects susceptibility and resistance ... Covid does the same thing to neurons associated with smell and taste BTW ... god I need sleep.
@@Martina_E YES! HELLO FELLOW NERD! What field are you in? Do you have anything available online I could read? I've been trying to figure out how to transition for a while now. Most of the open positions I find are more technical not biomedical. Any recommendations on where to start?
Happy the company has been doing so well but dang 5 figures?! I hope Mr. Hallease finds a good fit in nursing soon. I personally was able to transistion into a new role in my company in 2021. I went from technical sales to administration, which has been great! My former boss and co-workers all agreed that I am in a better fit for my skill set, which encouraged me. I get to work from home now 😍
I remember just working my 9-5 teaching job and we got so many bonuses one year and I cried because for the first time I had to pay 900+ in taxes 😂 BROKE MY HEART!
It's like a bonus turns into a punishment from the government because of the unfair tax burden...this system is horrible. You get excited to get a bonus, but wait 20% automatically deducted + state taxes..😮..😢..😤
@@princess-Octwe should absolutely be taxed. the issue is that businesses and business owners aren't taxed enough and rich people can write-off things.
I left my job in clinical leadership and I felt so burnt out. I relate a lot to Mr. Hallease. I'm trying to find my thing while having firm boundaries. Its been a month since I quit. So far its going well. My husband has been very supportive.
I did a sabbatical to Colombia back in 2017 after I got laid off/fired from my very toxic 1st job, and it was one of the best things I ever did for myself. I ended up going back to my field (auditing) in a slightly role (doing internal audit for a large company versus external audits of multiple companies), and it was amazing having good, supportive managers, a more reasonable workload/schedule, room to grow and develop, I traveled the world on the company's dime, and I was able to use the Spanish I picked up in Colombia in my new job! When i took my sabbatical, i had no plans of going back to accounting, but I was able to go into a really good opportunity that continues to impact my life in a positive way almost 5 years later (I now manage a team, and the job gives me enough flexibility to start working on my next life path of becoming a midwife). Mr. Hallese, I'm sure going back to nursing may seem like going backwards but you never know what good might be out there with these new life next steps. Wishing you all the best!!
I can relate to Mr. Hallease’s need to get back to his passion rather than just a job to ensure that bills are paid. Three years ago, when the Panda Express started, I was working in the foster care system in GA while trying to finish my Masters’ in Counseling. However, after an emotional (and almost mental breakdown, I was forced to step back from both and reset. After I returned to work, I could feel my spirit resist returning to that triggering environment. Fast forward, I’m at a community mental health organization, working with kids and adolescents and working to return to school for a Master in Social Work; I can honestly say that I’m happy with and proud of the work that I’m doing (even though I should be getting paid SO much more lol). Peace and love to you both and you’ll like GA (I’ve been here for over 5 years now 😊).
I'm glad you did what's best for you though and stepped back. I feel like everyone's told to power through all the time and I just...I don't know I'm not about that anymore.
Why not finish the counseling degree since you're working in mental health? _(I guess I'm overall curious since before, you were working in social work while pursuing counseling, but now you're working in counseling while pursuing social work)_
We’re a family of 3 (with a young child) and our jaws literally dropped when we saw how much we owed this year, we also got hit with 5 figure bill. It’s never been this high! Needless to say we had to cancel lots of plans this year. I wanna speak to whoever made the 2022 tax laws 😒👀
Hey Mr. Hallease, someone commented about a clinical documentation specialist role but another option if you don't want to return to bedside nursing, is clinical research. There are a number of roles that require nursing credentials in clinical research that may align and have comparable pay e.g. clinical research nurse coordinator, project management, research program manager, etc. I'm sure you've already looked at jobs at Emory/Grady, but contract research organizations (CROs) pay upwards of six figures for research roles.
I Also wanted to share something similar to this. I’m sure you’re already exploring the options, but perhaps you can use the nursing credentials in a different role where you’re in a setting/environment thats not the same role that burnt you out in the past. Wishing you all the best!
@@gbbs9that’s a good point using your nursing skills in a more non traditional area of nursing that’s what I do now. I’m a lab trained scientist but I do science communication and writing - a way better fit for me
To count as an economically disadvantage women owned business you have to make less than $400,000 a year and have less than $750,000 in net worth. That is the bar for economically disadvantaged? That is just nuts.
@@hallease yeah, I know it's stupid. You would qualify an economically disadvantaged minority and woman owned small business and that can help you get contracts and sub-contracts because some funding sources put proposals from those businesses closer to the top of the pile. It doesn't cost anything to get certified. You will find websites for certification that charge but they are just doing the work for you that you can do yourself. I'm not sure if you have any desire to do work for cities, states, or the feds, but having this status can really help in that sector. However, it sounds like you aren't having any problem getting jobs and keeping busy!
I quit an education coordinator job June 2022, got married July 2022. my husband was the only one working. I was suffering from burnout. I tried getting a job in private sector but was ghosted by recruiters…I started remote tutoring for a little income. Then I took a job that I quit after 2 months because I was grossly underpaid and the work was x10. I started Substitute teaching during the days and teaching adults at night remotely. I’ve been applying to return to education as a counselor . I’m ready for full-time work and to help my husband so we can save again and accomplish our goals faster with 2 full-time incomes. My approach is to implement boundaries to stay healthy. Also working on my content creation in spare time. We want to leave the USA permanently one day and that encourages me to return to work. With being a school counselor I get holidays (time off) which my body needs often. I also will be making a good salary. I actually like the work, but it’s not my #1 passion in life. I figure doing something that interests me, pays me well, with time off is something to be grateful for on the journey to family expatriation and financial independence teamwork with hubby.
Did you fully fund your HSA and SEP IRA? You and your CPA/Bookkeeper need to come up with a proactive plan? Do you have a S-Corp? Do you know about the Agusta Rule?
Mr. Hallease have you looked into CDI, thus clinical documentation specialist? You will be able to work in the healthcare but not direct patient care and you can make into the six figures working from home.
I’m a homemaker who used to be a 9-5 worker at a university. I’m considering going back to work myself. It’s really wonderful being able to provide for my wife and cats daily but I do feel the tug to do something that feels my heart with a bit of passion and allows us to work a bit faster on our early retirement goals. It’s been a year and I’m not sure what that is just yet. I’ve worked in public affairs/government relations but I just don’t know. I’m taking my time to figure out something that speaks to me. I wish Mr. Hallease the best of luck in choosing the right path to take :)
Wow! 2024 is a year of a lot of major changes in the Hallease household. I wish you all the best and I thank you both for your transparency. These types of videos give others a moment to reflect on their own lives. The pandemic period has been a time of unforeseen transitions for many of us and it's good to hear that we are not alone going through all of this.
Ugh... I was just thinking about paying taxes 😒 there definitely needs to be a correction in tax breaks as most middle and upper middle class are being hit the hardest... Oh not to mention there were also less deductions this year... Anywho, I am glad you two were able to come to this decision together and see the end goal as the main focus. Luckily both of you are in spaces that can lead to financial independence with a time and effort. I know Mr. Hallease will find his space within the vast medical field and it will lend to his personal and career goals. Wishing you both the best 💛
I don't know what God is doing but I stumbled across this video. And when I say I'm in the same position as your husband. For me I will have to go back into being Electrical Engineering Designer. The type of job I had before, I use to cry in the bathroom stall because I didn't feel like I was spirit filled there. I was there for the money. But after taking a break because of the lovely pandemic(I'm being sarcastic btw) I had to regroup and start up RUclips it's been great but like your husband I want a job where I'm being fulfilled while leaning on the gifts/talents that God has gifted me. It's been a different journey to say the least. But I also wanted to add you didn't fail(I use to feel that way as well). Sometimes God places another path for you to go on just for the moment. He sees things we don't. Just like I have to tell myself I didn't fail, God is rerouting me. It's the same for you. I pray everything goes according to His divine plan. And that God will equip the both of you with everything y'all need in this season and the seasons to come❤.
Success story - my husband is approaching military retirement, and it was very scary. It looks like he’s found a wonderful internship to transition and hopefully gain a position once he’s out. His military career led him to being just the right fit for this job. It’s been a big ray of sunshine during this time. And he’s actually looking forward to it instead of feeling dread.
Gosh…that tax thing sucks. America is definitely set up in the oligarchy mode…. It’s great the Mr. Hallease has done so much writing….that in itself is a great accomplishment! Better opportunities ahead… your teamwork makes the dream work! ✌🏾😉👍🏾
hey guys i usually just listen to your videos and i dont really comment but this on feels really personal to me . Aa the ending of 2020 i started up a business i was working on in my free time since i have a full time job and it has been doing well or at least better than it was before the pandemic. since i was at home at home all the time because i couldnt go to work all my time was spent working on my part time business venture. it made me feel so happy and passionate. ive always thought about leaving my full time job but Jobs are so hard to get where im living and because of life and fixed expenses i havent left my job yet but im just doing it because i have to and not because i want to anymore . The pandemic and everything that happened really put things into perspective for me and i feel like im wasting time at my full time job but its also because my with my full time job an income at the end of the month is guaranteed. I fear that if i leave my job i may have to return if things dont work out . Im really glad to see that you took the risk to experience what its like to have your job be something that you have the passion for .Best wishes
Not this being my story, too 😅 My hubby and me (also in Atlanta) recently pushed me back into traditional work as well and it’s been challenging to realize that taxes made us take a step back to go forward. Also we need married friends, so come hang out with us
Yes I have had my share of job career changes during the pandemic. I got the most easiest job process and offers and as I have did more of me and let God guide me I got so much more. Now I’m continuing to say ok God guide me, is going to work out for me. I am strong capable and I will get though this. Amwn 🙏🏾❤️🐛🦋
Every marathoner has that, where they hit that wall and that's what they train for, not juat to run, bit to hit that wall and break throigh it and get that second wind to finish. It's not apparently noticable, but even the pros wil slow down at a certain point then pick back up.

These places are 20 miles north of the city and more budget friendly. *Context* Me (black) and my wife (white) and 2yr old (both)😊 have lived here for almost 10yrs and absolutely love it. 10:09 Hallease asked Chris how do you feel? For me how I feel is, ok this sucks, but like I’m glad you guys tried initially, and had that rest from “normal work” for however long. Reminds me of the quote “you tasted as many apples as you could” bec even though it’s back to nursing you guys/Chris can say he did something cool. And who knows, maybe more apple tasting is just around the corner. Ah, the ebbs and flows of life. And we take our lessons and experiences with us. So maybe nursing this time around will be a little different. Then writing comes again. Who knows. When, if, how. We’re alive and here today y’all. Also reminds me of the message from the movie “Soul” -like if you spend too much time trying to find the “perfect purpose” and “most meaningful” thing we may find when we get it we’re still left wanting or waiting for more. And, we can get caught in that cycle or distraction and miss out on what’s in front of us. Idk I’m blabbing cuz I’m figuring out my life rn but seeing y’all just *trying* anything at all, maybe is the entire point …
Probably not. He’s never been into broadcasting his day to day nursing career. Even in pretty videos if he has scrubs on walking into the door while I was filming he’d cover the logo so no one saw which hospital he was at

Respectfully, why tf are you liking for a job my guy? You’re an ICU nurse if I recall, no? This time off has been a godsend- I took care of my body and started going to therapy, read more books, and cooked/baked a lot of interesting things. Now I’m trying to make a career shift and have been putting out applications for about a month and wow how quickly it’s turned back into an employer market! 500+ applicants per job, after the post only being up for 6 hours. That you have an interview right now is great news! I wish you the best of luck and hope you find a role that is both fulfilling and balanced 🙏🏼
IRS coming for you…meanwhile, Amazon….nevermind…
Nah, go ahead and speak on it because it's frustrating.
"You have to earn the end," is something I'm taking with me from your conversation. Thank you for sharing!
Yeah, the definitely hit different
Me too.
Yoo the testimonies in the comments are so lifegiving! Thank you for sharing this.
I had two coworkers at a dance studio quit full time teaching to go get a 9-5. They still teach part time, come train with enthusiasm, and are advancing their careers and hobbies (2nd careers?) simultaneously, and I'm sure you can too!

You guys are such good role models. In my house this would lead to depression, anger, crying.
Keep your company in Texas. State taxes are awaiting you in GA😢
Woo Lord...flashbacks.
We learned this the hard way too after our first year running our video production company full-time. Being a single-member LLC smacked us in the face...new car territory for sure lol.
We were using the Profit First methodology (which is fantastic)...but I'd only been saving the 15.3% self employment tax...not the additional state and federal income tax that we'd end up owing too 😥😥😥
That was a couple of years ago, and we're still working through the repayment plan...and in the meantime, switching to S-Corp lol.
Kudos to ya'll for making this decision for your family. Praying for much success and growth!
Yeah, I was holding on transitioning to S-Corp until the company hit a certain income threshold. Turns out…it hit it… 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠
You guys just keep on keepin' on, you guys are young and talented and that won't go away.
👀 WOW! I'm reading this and honestly speechless, like...how did you find my channel?!
Yay I’m a science communicator and science writer too
@@hallease Evelyns' awesomeness directed me here 🥰 Honestly the 'For People Who Feel Behind In Life' video you worked on with her pulled my head out of some pretty dark spots.
Last year I went exempt… never again 😫
_(I guess I'm overall curious since before, you were working in social work while pursuing counseling, but now you're working in counseling while pursuing social work)_
I'm fascinated that both you & Evelyn, after a while of not posting/not getting back to certain projects, posted in the same week! ❤
I appreciate you guys don't shy away from speaking about laws and the political landscape that changes those laws.
Yeah!! Atlanta is a great state and city but bad traffic!
Same whoever made it needs to square up 💪🏿

Yes, life really is out here lifing so hard. Best wishes to y’all in finding the right fit, professionally.
I remember when I had this experience..... I was like... damn so.... this is why republicans hate taxes huh? hahah.
Right?!?! So rude.
To count as an economically disadvantage women owned business you have to make less than $400,000 a year and have less than $750,000 in net worth. That is the bar for economically disadvantaged? That is just nuts.
👀 I am no where near making $400k/yr like...wow...

I live In a suburb of ATL and he will have no problem finding a job - we need more nurses BAD!
Great video! Growing pains suck. You’ve got this. It will get better for you both than you had imagined🌺
Mr. Hallease have you looked into CDI, thus clinical documentation specialist? You will be able to work in the healthcare but not direct patient care and you can make into the six figures working from home.
Yes agree with this. There’s a lot of remote nursing jobs. Concurrent review nursing is something else to look into.
I'll make sure he sees this comment 👀
Happy to see y'all back for another episode! Hoping Mr. Hallease is able to find a job that allows him to feel like he's doing intentional work.
Be grateful the fact that you had the support to take the time off and that if noodling doesn't work for you, you have a place to go.
LOL noodling
I value a soft life. Best of luck and also continued success.
This is really helpful for me - thank you ❤
Thank you for these well wishes, low key since this video went live he already got offered a job 🤫
@@hallease awesome! Cheers to a new journey for you both!
Agreed...the super rich are grifters.
I enjoyed watching this as usual! Even more cool that you are moving to my city. 🤩
Gosh…that tax thing sucks. America is definitely set up in the oligarchy mode…. It’s great the Mr. Hallease has done so much writing….that in itself is a great accomplishment! Better opportunities ahead… your teamwork makes the dream work! ✌🏾😉👍🏾

Always love you honesty and willingness to share. Did that experience change how you plan to calculate your taxes in the future?

hey guys i usually just listen to your videos and i dont really comment but this on feels really personal to me .
Amwn 🙏🏾❤️🐛🦋
One of my mantras that I write every month in my bullet journal is "God got me." and "I had to tell myself to go and get it myself"
Nice to see you both❤ Has Mr. Hallease thought of non bedside jobs that are less stressful?
So many non bedside jobs in nursing or using your skills
Yes, he's looking at different clinics as well
Every marathoner has that, where they hit that wall and that's what they train for, not juat to run, bit to hit that wall and break throigh it and get that second wind to finish. It's not apparently noticable, but even the pros wil slow down at a certain point then pick back up.
You are in my prayers 😊. Love you guys!
Unfortunately many do not make it to retirement age
Job hunting sucks lol. I hate it. The last job interview I had was 15 years ago and it took me 8 months. So my ass tryin real hard to stay here...15 years ago is a long time, and im gettin old hehe
BEST PLACES TO LIVE IN ATLANTA are Buford, Suwanee, Sugarhill, aka Gwinnett County. Also Lawerenceville, Ga. These places are 20 miles north of the city and more budget friendly. *Context* Me (black) and my wife (white) and 2yr old (both)😊 have lived here for almost 10yrs and absolutely love it. Traffic is not “as bad” and it’s very diverse. Hope this helps! Best of Luck.

Is it possible to nurse part time? or is that just not worth it because of benefits and stuff?
Yeah, not worth it for the benefits and stuff. You mightaswell commit so you can get the full range of everything a system offers.
Idk I’m blabbing cuz I’m figuring out my life rn but seeing y’all just *trying* anything at all, maybe is the entire point …
and this is just another swing in one direction of life. I’m preaching to myself so I can learn resilience in the face of change :’)

Will Mr. Hallease make some #nursinglife content given the transition?
Probably not. He’s never been into broadcasting his day to day nursing career. Even in pretty videos if he has scrubs on walking into the door while I was filming he’d cover the logo so no one saw which hospital he was at
