#ThomasQuasthoff (born 9 November 1959) is a German bass-baritone. Quasthoff has a range of musical interest from Bach cantatas, to lieder, and solo #jazz improvisations. Born with severe birth defects caused by thalidomide, Quasthoff is 1.34 m (4 ft 4+3⁄4 in), and has phocomelia.

Not normally into Jazz but I’m knocked out by his take on the great standards, and his version of “Imagine” is superb, wish John had been around to hear it 👏

I'd love it if he would put some of those songs in higher keys. Stardust is uncomfortable to listen to, it's too low. I think he's amazing and he is a great singer.
