MV vs. Real life - Brian wakes up from a coma after 5 years= They came back after 5 years - Hwanhee donates his kidney to Brian = Hwanhee wants to protect Brian - Fighting scene = Brian's relationship with Hwanhee became bad. - Girl lost and regain her memories = Brian and Hwanhee were on SBS ‘Close Note’, they got the chance to recall all the memories. - Fighting over a girl = In real life they fought over gossips, pushed to the limit by media - Lyrics: But i have to let you go today = Brian and Hwanhee went separated ways. - Brian said in the MV: Now everything will go back to what it used to be = In real life they made up and said: "Don’t care about others, let’s just believe each other" and now they're back as a Duo again. So everything is like it use to be. No? Just me?... Oke! 0__o
the sad reality → quality music - barely any views X low quality music - millions of views :/ I'm not saying I don't like the catchy songs or whatever, but I think songs like this one deserve millions of views as well

Instead of being with the girl and he was going to hospital after the accident with the couple. But I'm not sure, the end doesn't really fit there. The other possibility is they both went to the hospital after the fight, one hit by car and the other one was beaten so hard he had to go there too. But also this ending is weird, it's like some part of story is missing.

Loved this Drama! I agree a tear jerker, beautiful songs. Love all the actors. My fave character is Wu Wolyong. I’m from Hawaii born and raised. I am totally addicted to Korean Drama, always excited, to watch another up coming Korean Drama!!
Sorry! 1. Brian wakes up from the coma with cuts on his face that look fresh from the accident. 2. Brian is able to stand and move his body after a 5 year coma. What? No muscle deterioration? 3. That girl can stop Hwanhee's punch but couldn't get his hand off her wrist earlier or force open the door Hwanhee was keeping closed? 4. Sure it is raining but the Sun is shining. The driver of the car didn't see Hwanhee step on to the road? Epic song and I'm glad to see them back together.
Actually they haven't met each other 5 years, not that Brian coma for 5 years. Hwanhee is the one who hit them, maybe because Hwanhee want take that woman away. But, then Brian are badly injured and his kidney maybe damaged. At the of the mv they are both in the operation room because Hwanhee give one of his kidney to Brian out of guilty, that's also explain why Hwanhee also has the stitch in his stomach. Hope that's clear some things^^
not only listening to the song, but watching the mv as well as the lyrics, makes it even more heartbreaking. everything was perfect, the vocals, the song, and the mv.

***** it was he liked the girl even if she was with his best friend but then accident happened, so while she had amnesia and he made her fall in love with him, but her memories start doing back (while this is going on brian wakes up) and he wants to run away wither her but since she starts remembering he likes her too much to let her go and kinda wanted to force her to stay

You guys have to remember the detail that Hwanhee gave up one of his kidneys for Brian as you will see that they both have a scar on the side(when the girl is lying with Hwanhee, when Brian is changing his clothes in the hospital, also when they are fighting note that they both grab at their kidneys) that is why Hwanhee is taking the pills (for his missing kidney). The girl indeed suffered a head injury which resulted in memory loss at which point Hwanhee to an extent took advantage of it (you can see this as flashbacks seem to hurt her). From what I see, it could be that in the beginning he might have tried to take care of her but as he did leave her ring with Brian he could've developed stronger feelings to an extent that he tried to take her from Brian and make her his own. When Brian does wake up the ring is obviously the first thing he notices and goes to Hwanhee's house assuming it was Hwanhee who took her from him and puts the ring back on her. Hwanhee (from his reaction) wasn't expecting Brian to wake up and to an extent actually wished he hadn't as Brian would take her back (you can see this from his expressions). When they do confront each other Brian passes it off as "having taking care of his girl" but shows clear disdain for Hwanhee as he says "things will now return to the way that they were" knowing full well that Hwanhee loves her and well as you all see she begins regaining her memory remembering it was Hwanhee who caused the accident and lashes out at him for "loving her" while she was in that state. The showdown happens and in the end when Hwanhee gets hit by the car they both realize it was him who paid for the surgery and ultimately him who saved and allowed Brian to return (as it was Hwanhee who gave up one of his kidneys so Brian could live even if there was a probability of Brian not making it through the transplant) thats my take on it.

I can't express my excitement in words. I'm tearing up. Been waiting so long for their return as a duo. And I'm very happy they're singing equal parts for once. I always felt Brian was underrated and thrown behind Hwanhee's shadow. Their voices are total opposites from each other, but compliment so well. Like peanut butter and jelly.
I know they're in love and all....but um both of them look like a work of art..faces so gorgeous I'M jealous...Do i really have to say more? pointless fight! -__-
I had a problem today. But I pretend like I didn't.Until I heard this song for the first time and repeat it over and over again. Then I started to cry suddenly.
