Possibly need another external expansion vessel depending on the system size, I think they are only 7 or 8 litre vessels inside

The engineer installed in our home Baxi 600 for 12 radiators and two bathrooms, the boiler constantly is getting high pressure we need bleed radiators nearly every two days, any advice?
Because the installer told me that… this is happening because my heating system should be flushed, I was thinking he must have done that for us before installation, that was the deal but after we paid all he changed his mind. Thank you
