Got to use the Fronius TransSteel 2200 to convert this Old rotten wooden deck trailer into a nice metal deck. The welder was flawless of course!

Love how it came out. Just painted it last night, second coat goes on today.
Where’s my dawg at?
Make a video with Wyatt while he is there for his Birthday
He uploaded it to his onlyfans

Versatility is the name of the game, if You don't step out of Your comfort zone You will never learn anything new. Good looking job; Much success to You.
Picked up a Fronius TransTig 210 because of the support they are showing the content creators. Nice unit.
look at you moving in on 100k who would have thought that you could grow to this level
Getting ready to redeck my trailer definitely going to consider this route bud thank you much bro !!!
Ima be honest I never cared about your Chanel but I recently got in to welding school and I’m 3 quarters in and I have the basic understanding of what you fab up and it honestly blows my mind how much knowledge u really posses. Keep up the good work man
Right.! 👍
Ya boi with the casual Skyline chillin' in the background. Nice work!
I did mine almost the exact same way if I could go back and change 1 thing I would definitely put support bars every six inches my metal is all bowed in looks crummy other than that I was super happy with it
Fronius is the best I have these at work i have welded with most of them but these are awesome!
That welder is sweet and the welds looked great
Love your videos homes, brings me back to a time in life when I was in beast mode, motor swap, fabrication custom everything lol diy the world thanks 4 bringing me back great videos! CHEEEEEEE WHHHO9OOO!!!!!
Bro almost 100k gotta keep the content coming you got more fans than you think. We are here we got your back and your front.
That looks nice. You should really consider building a front fairing to keep all of that Colorado road debris from blasting your load, especially since hoods fell out of style.
I love these build videos
Did you learn how to weld via a school, or did you just pick it up yourself at some point? How long did it take to get the basics down if I may ask?
I ordered a welder off Amazon and started learning!
Good tips on restoring my trailers. Rumsey Restorations Shreveport, LA
Where’s my Daaaad!? I mean what
🤣🤣
Good mix up on the content. I'm pretty sure a lot of us viewers like both the FAB and car content alike 👍
hey you still make some of the best! hand built turbo exhaust manifolds!... wish you could do it on my rx7 lol
oddly satisfying... nice.
Videos like these are cool
I have never used one of their welding machines, and probably won't ever either because they just don't fit in the average weekend warrior budget. Especially when you can buy so many different fantastic welders for under $1000.00 these days it makes it very hard to spend 3 or 4 times as much for a welder that is only going to be used a few times a month at most. As for the trailer if the deck is too weak and starts warping under the load you can add a couple tread sections like the car haulers use and that diamond plate will just have to carry things like spare tires and tool boxes. Good work though.
2021, when wood is more expensive than steel
I’m fixing to find out.
I’d love to do this to my trailer
Love the channel keep it up
Almost 100k subs, keep pushing!
Fist. We here bro 💪💪💪...get some biria 🐐..n watch this man do magic
I feel like you made a lot of extra work for yourself by not just leaving the bars long and doing a smaller height standoff for making the deck height level with the outside, also might have lost some strength. good video either way. turned out nice.
Jupiter is such a meme dog
how is the guy liking the trailer? were you able to get a follow up? im wonder how much noise that sheetmetal makes when the trailer is bouncing down the road
Dope!
Would like to see it now after use. I don’t think you used enough bracing. Probably has bent and bowed. Not trying to critique.
You should hock bolt the floor down so it doesn't vibrate/flex/crack ,
🔥🔥🔥
What would be a great welder to learn on? It's the only trade I've yet to learn
great video !!
Hook up a 220v outlet for the welder it will weld so much better
What's a fair price to charge just in labor for that?
How much did you end up paying for the steel sheeting ?
Thanks
Where do you get the metal sheets?
Get that rx7 together
💪
Keep up the videos bro🤟🤟
did you get the diamond plate from just a steel warehouse? how much did you pay for it? if you don’t mind me asking
next time slide us a link to the welder web page
Where would be a good place to get these metal sheets?
👍
How did this age? Did the plate hold up?
Yep zero issues with a 3000 lb car
Um, cost??? LMAO 🤣
R32 in the back?
How much weight was added?
Should’ve left the runners full length. A lot of extra work and not as strong.
Bro don’t you love how many professional fabricators watch and comment on your videos? “You should have done it this way” blah blah blah. Maybe they should get off of the RUclips comment section and out to their fab shops and make something. Talk is cheap.
I am all for constructive criticism but geez, my dogs, give this guy a break!
Take out the wood.
Repurpose the old wood to improve the kids tree house.
Lay down diamond plated steel with braces on trailer frame. Weld it in several spots....
Not complicated at all
Kill that horrible music in the background. Other then that great video👍👍
metal is the best but very expensive... at least $1000 for that
Where’s my dawg Hayden
Ey bud
What's the origin of the name gayden lol
Where is Wyatt?????
He moved to Florida and works for Boosted Boi Kyle now.
@@kbracing96 thanks Kyle but he went back to Colorado for his birthday. I was asking why he wasn't in the video
👍👍🔧
Tig welding is awesome. But when you need to go fast and dirty. Just mig weld it. People that come up and stare at your welds are just assholes anyway. 😁👍
Wow.. you did it about the hardest way possible and came up with the worst result. lol.
You should have cut your risers shorter so that you could leave your runners long and stack them on top. Then they would have been one long piece instead of having so many short cuts. Plus the span across the middle is too far. It should have had another runner down the center. I bet you went back and put another runner down the center later.
HAYDEN MY BOY. LET ME HAVE THE. INSTAGRAM FROM THE OWNER OF THAT SEXY PRELUDE IF HE AHS ONE
You had no clue the wood was going to be thicker then the metal? 🤦🏼♂️
Mig is way faster and easy
Shit if you knew how to weld 110 would of easily of done it
Do you think 12 gauge would be good for a 6X12 that I use for a utv weights maybe 2200lbs fully gassed?
