That’s the kart I drove tonight 😂 35.8 first time in the electrics at Notts. Are members nights set to faster configs or am I just missing 2 seconds of pace as I feel like I’m pushing hard through the corners and just under the limit
No yea on speed 3 is what a public session is set to but u can still get a 33.8-33.7 on it, but most time on members nights there set to speed 4 which we can get close to 31’s
No this is a members night. Not all nights end up like this 🤣, but it is frustrating when stuff like this happens but they do pause the time so lucky no time is wasted during these incidents, but over all it’s a grate place on members nights but public not so much.
Haha it dose tbh it can even a few degrees this is polished concrete it’s slippery when it’s cold the tires can’t grip, it can make a second difference honestly, my quickest time there is a 31.16. The torque of the electric karts sends too much power to the rear wheels this in combination with the SLIPPY surface causes the kart to slide loosing time arround corners this adds up causing ur whole time to go down, yes even tho it’s a indoor venue the temp makes a difference.
@@Dv23_ sorry, I made some assumptions. I've driven in the cold before, and your response reminded me of karting in the cold, and what it's like. The concrete in contact with the ground will be colder than an elevated surface. (Warm indoor venue) and I remember the floor actually getting moisture in areas. So my bad!! One thing, no matter what, it's always fun. I'm 72 and still having a blast! 🖖
Haha npp mate it’s, yea all sorts of surface make all sorts of differences especially cold polished concrete it’s really annoying haha, any way enjoy mate and keep having fun 😁😁

But also it depends how warm/ sticky the track and tyres are aswell tbh
Is this on Public night or members as been there twice on Punic and both sessions, we had bad experience

You seeking sponsorship bro ??
Haha yea but first we would need to buy our own kart but we do not have the funds to at all.
Hey i know you!
Ikr hehe it’s like I’ve seen u some where hehe
Indoor venue, 0 degrees outside makes no difference! Don't make ignorant comments like your title.
