It is located on Station 0, the eastern side of the Boracay Island facing the Sibuyan Sea. Boracay's 3.5 kilometer-long White Beach is divided into 4 parts- Station 1,2,3 and the most exclusive Station - Station 0. Station 1 has the best and finest stretch of white sand in the entire island, and is also where most luxury resorts are found. While Station 0 is part of the exclusive Boracay Newcoast Township and is therefore only accessible to condo unit owners and hotel guests. It is a gated community, very exclusive and safe. Here, you will be welcomed by Megaworld’s very own homegrown hotels and clusters of upscale residential condominiums that sit on gently rolling terrain. These will soon be surrounded by luxury boutique hotels, vibrant commercial and retail districts, including a Shophouse District, and an exclusive residential village.
Megaworld is a well-known developer in the Philippines that is known for developing high-end townships. The entire development is 150 hectares which is 15% of the entire Boracay island and is also the only township in Boracay. The project launched in 2012 and they now have RFO unts available. The township has 2 condotels - Savoy Hotel and Belmont Hotel which are usually 85% occupied or fully booked.
