ur first and biggest mistake is thinking the opponent will release the choke hold due to pain reflex. If it's an actual fight instead of a spar, they opponent will definitely sacrifice their arm for the win.
Assuming it’s a real situation, chances of getting out of the choke by brute force or “technique” is probably close to none I think a smarter alternative is trying for sensitive areas like eyes, balls (if applicable) or using the environment as a weapon somehow someway.
In life or death you can push all you want, the choke holder will not let go. Once you get your self in the chokehold its game over

鎖了很難破解，除非你瞬間發力比對方大，但這個被鎖姿勢很難發力。以前有鎖過，對方要掙脫我往後一拉，他直接認輸，你往後拉對方會被拖移重心，無法站立，會形成脖子支撐全身重量，你如果再左右扭轉，脖子會骨折。
這時只有2招可以破解，但使出來後，背後那人必定被重傷害，最後法院是否會免刑還很難說！

Actually easy trick to get out of this is swing your body (and hips) gaining momentum clockwise or counter clock wise elbowing behind you, allowingbyou to turn around completely facing eye to eye with your oponent allowing you to make your moves if choice. Easy little trick, way better techniques out there though.
