I know I’ve heard this before. Keeping it simple is the way to go at first. Other successful Plant String people have said that. It’s tough because there are so many recipes out there from all the great WFPB leaders and doctors. They look and sound good so I want to try them.
Something about the way Adam said it (around 40min mark), clicked with me. Then RIP you listed the three meals Adam ate for months. All doable, inexpensive and delicious. Thank you both for much needed encouragement and advice. 👍👊😎
