    I've lost 30lb doing Joanna's workouts for about 3.5 months if you are on the fence as to whether 15 to 20-minute workouts will produce results the answer is YES! I followed her tips and suggestions and haven't felt this great in a long time! Thank you, Joanna, for providing these free workouts that I can do from my apartment!

    I was actually very surprised at how much I sweated during this and kept my heart rate up!! I live in a small apt so this type of workout is ideal for me these days. Thank you!!

    Day 8: It's been a week now I can bear the intensity of exercise
    Day 15: Now i can feel my legs are toned and i feel better

    These are wonderful exercises and they are really kicking my butt. Needed a simple no jump and your video couldn't have been there at a better moment. I have started to include these as I'm a beginner in bodyweight workout.

    I had brain surgery 8 weeks ago. I am starting to get moving and this workout is perfect for me. I use a chair for balance and stability but it's just enough to get me going. It challenges my vestibular system and gets my heart pumping even though I modify a lot of the moves.

    Thank you soo much Joanna. U know I love you and you are amazing because you genuinely helping people get fit without sucking money out of their pockets. There are other fitness couches online that are just after money but you are really helping. I am trying to get in shape by doing strength training and weight lift rather than cardio. I am following your your strength training video and it’s very helping. We would appreciate if u teach us more on how to prep healthy meals. Thank you soo much ❤️

    I am sweeting in my pyjamas and it's Amazing ! I'm about to take my souhour (meal before starting fasting) and I was feeling full because of my last meal (iftar) and now I feel better. Thank you !

    i did it on the second day of ramadhan, one hour before iftar. it's rlly tiring. On the first set, i already got a little dizzy and sweating a lot v": so i decided to do only one set. Hope next 2 days i can finish it:))

      Gendhukks do excercise aftr breakfast eat dates drink water workout then u can drink water inbetween 😍

      @MOUNIA OUASSIF yup i've watched it before i do the exercise. I did it an hour before iftar because i wasn't able to workout after iftar, like i have to go to the bed early, so i can wake up early for suhoor. i thought it's gonna work, but it's not huhu. And today i'm gonna try it after iftar. thanks for the correction:))

    Thank you so much for what you do!! I've been really trying to work on being more fit while on quarantine and been following your videos, from warm up and cool down to no weight strength training!! The way you talk during the exercises is comforting and it helps me keep going especially when my legs feel like theyre going to fall off lol

    Hey Joanna!
    Though it's a low impact but it is quite tough for me as i did it for the first time. It is intense no doubt as i sweat a bit too you can feel the burn. The most difficult i found is that i couldn't able to do lunge properly only with my left leg although i really want to prove myself yes i can do it and i did it with a support.
