These are wonderful exercises and they are really kicking my butt. Needed a simple no jump and your video couldn't have been there at a better moment. I have started to include these as I'm a beginner in bodyweight workout.

I had brain surgery 8 weeks ago. I am starting to get moving and this workout is perfect for me. I use a chair for balance and stability but it's just enough to get me going. It challenges my vestibular system and gets my heart pumping even though I modify a lot of the moves.

i did it on the second day of ramadhan, one hour before iftar. it's rlly tiring. On the first set, i already got a little dizzy and sweating a lot v": so i decided to do only one set. Hope next 2 days i can finish it:))

I did it an hour before iftar because i wasn't able to workout after iftar, like i have to go to the bed early, so i can wake up early for suhoor. i thought it's gonna work, but it's not huhu. And today i'm gonna try it after iftar. thanks for the correction:))

Hey Joanna! Though it's a low impact but it is quite tough for me as i did it for the first time. It is intense no doubt as i sweat a bit too you can feel the burn. The most difficult i found is that i couldn't able to do lunge properly only with my left leg although i really want to prove myself yes i can do it and i did it with a support.
