We go to Los Boliches/Fuengirola at least 3 times a year. We love it its home from home to us. We stay in Nuriasol and Jabega great slot and Bar Guerra up by the church brilliant 😅
Going on Wednesday Kevin, great video. Last time we were there was about 36 years ago. Looking forward to walking along the prom sinking a few cold ones on the way.
I have walked many times when I was there from the yaramar hotel to the bridge and castle which is on your right a!so walked from the left hand side to the end of the beach front .there are plenty of alley bars and shops to have a drink or a meal.
You should go to the square behind the main post office calle troncon theres loads of Spanish bars and restaurants, casa colon is our favourite it's a fantastic place to watch
Stayed twice in the Yaramar very nice hotel , sister to the Angela., wonderful experience watching the procession of the virgin de carmen from our hotel balcony
Los boliches is a fabulous place for a holiday plenty to do there bars. restaurants. Shops. Supermarkets. And massive outdoor markets. And the metro trains get you all over. I usually stay in the jabaga. But trying the stella maris this time. I would certainly stay in the jabaga and advise anyone to.
The beach bar ,Videra is in Los Boliches which is part of Fuengirola. Excellent bar, restaurant, try their paella, you may have to book it in advance. It also has a beach area out he back where you can hire sun loungers? reasonably priced - can get very busy in the Summer and at weekends. Also has a toilet - very important if on the beach. Los Boliches is my favorite place to spend the day in the sun - and I live in Arroyo de La Miel. I take the train to Los Boliches and it is literally a couple of minutes walk to the fantastic beach area. Plenty of shops, bars. = some really outstanding Spanish restaurants, and great value for money Brit Bars. try Upper Crust- cheap as chips. Also retains a bit of 'Old Spain' . Yes there is still quite a way to keep on walking. Great video, thanks to whoever made it.
Hotel Angela good hotel popular with pensioners as i remember. If you carry on the the prom it takes you to Torreblanca , few bars you can get train/bus from there
Thanks for your vlogs. Regarding your Plantarfacitis. When buying shoes/trainers.....if you can feel a kind of lattice effect from the inside....DO NOT BUY!!!! Had it for 3 yrs and it was like walking on marbles and miserable. My cure? Threw out all the cheap shoes and bought basically more expensive. Hope this helps. Regards Gary

The chiringuito's have the best food in these resorts that's why they are normally packed with people!

That's very true, them pensioners sure know how to dance and party the night away!
Yaramar, Angela and Florida Spa had same owners but Florida now Leonardos so probably new owners. Mature clientele shall we say.

Thanks yip I can't wear Adidas now , got clarks but trying others
Be wary of the BIG sports brands as they adopt the cheap chinese soles. Clarks a good idea. Also try Merrell. Take care Gary@@ScotsmaninTenerife
You were only 150 yards from Los Boliches train station and one stop from your apartment
Yip I realised that later lol
