I've loved this season so far, but with the main character being so insanely powerful, it gets hard to keep up the quality. It has been done before though with series like Overlord and One Punch Man, but I'm not sure it'd work in the Toaruverse.

Not really, to be honest, except for not caring whether or not reflected attacks that they, out of their free will, directed at him would kill them. The whole point of joining Level 6 Shift was avoiding hurting people by making them react to his presence like Leader does in this scene - this is why he insisted that Misaka Sisters were dolls, not people, and why he checked if they emotionally developed enough to "count as humans" before every single experiment.
She is perfectly justified in just standing there, quietly losing her f**king mind. After all, there is genuinely nothing they could have possibly done about this situation. It was completely hopeless.
If they all ran in different directions, some of them might have been able to get out of Accelerator's line of sight/get far enough that he couldn't be bothered to chase them

The leader knew exactly how powerful accelerator was and fainted at his awesomeness (that and the fact that she knew it was better to faint before he starts wailing on you and simultaneously knocking you out.
With the last one, you've practically been fighting her in psychological warfare the entire time by taking out the others in a brutal and humiliating fashion. All it takes is a scary look and she falls like the rest, not to mention your reputation as the 1st ranked Esper gives you the edge in intimidation.
