fermented dry mustard leaf gundruk ( गुन्द्रुक ) one of the best food for all purpose ...you can make it curry ,soup, achar ( chatni) .and many more love from Nepal 🙏🙏🇳🇵🇳🇵one thing when you make chatni from fermented dry mustard leaf , just soak in water for 10-15 minutes it gives you full taste brother .. ( this recipe can use for curry or soup also )
