This video is very helpful, I was thinking I received a defect product because I was pressing the button while charging the juicer and was not working, then again when I put it on reset mode by holding the button for 2 seconds and tried to press immediately and saw the motor was not spinning properly and I think many buyers will face this issue on your video shows @5.45. From your video I learnt how it works a proper guideline was not showing in the brochure. by the way product is great compare to price.

We had a masticating juicer and a Aicook centrifugal juicer like this one ruclips.net/user/postUgkxXHNfxr6U9XrHQpsdjUrKNVP231BfS9q9 Both of them made about the same amount of juice.The Aikcook one died in 3 weeks haha. China brand. LolSo we bought this one since at least we knew the brand name and it was about the same price.Imagine our surprise when we make two 16 oz cups of celery juice and have leftover celery. We juiced it and made almost another cup! Same thing happened with our cucumber juice. So it's about 20 - 30 % more juice than our other two juicers including the masticating cold press one!The motor is so much stronger on this one than the Aikcook. It sucks in the vegetables and spits them out like it's angry.I've only had it a few days so don't know how long it will last but all the plastics and interior is much stronger and better made than the other two we had. If it breaks, I can buy a new one with the savings in vegetable bill. Haha.This literally is going to save me about 60- 80 bucks a month because of the juice output. No one likes to waste food.Update! It broke in 8 days. Motor started freaking out. I'm going to get another of them and try my luck because I really really want this one to be the one.

it's good but the issue is the glass or plastic body is small, also the pouring hole has short distance to the table which cannot put a big jar or something below the pouring hole
but why u kept pressing the power button many times? was it not working properly?

I purchased four days but it's not working. Charged for more than 7 hours initially. Still the switch button is not working. When calling to customer care, it shows mobile switched off.

Great video. Ibwas sceptical about this product, but really wanted one that works. The only thing that could have made the video better would be showing how easy it is to clean. Or easy?

Not advisable to buy, the vendor is hiding his / her identity...poor product ....beware,it's wastage of money. Will the vendor come out face to face , and try to resolve the issue ASAP?,why is there no contact number, to raise complaints of the product found to be defective?
