Did you joined tennis academy or just doing it in a park, i am trying to get into fitness as Software developer.
Staying in front of computer for long hours is really dangerous.
There is a tennis court near by so me and some neighbours I know, we just go there to play for an hour everyday. It surly is dangerous, I started to feel it and thought it was high time
