Sure, in a game where gameplay matters the most the music is the reason why something is better. Sonic is worse in every aspect except for the music. There is no way that sonic will ever be superior to mario.

Zebrahead... I remember when I finished this game and went in the soundtrack menu. I discovered Matty and Ali, and I discovered my favourite band, even when I stop listening to it for 2 weeks or such, I always come back to them. Thank you Sonic for your awesome music throughout ALL of your games. o/

You know what, the acoustic guitar version is the best one, it is so simple but yet so great to listen, evrytime I listened it I feel relax and out of this sad and strange world. Sometimes a simple guitar can really makes you happy with its simple sounds, sounds that can touch your heart with emotions and feelings

My Favorites have to be the original, the remix, The instrumental version, and the Acoustic version and the Solaris phase 2.

Zebrahead Version: SPEED.
Crush 40 Version: Vocal.
Slaughter Version: Techno Mix.
E3 Version: Instrumental.
Solaris Phase 2 Version: Orchestral with Guitars.
Brawl Version: aka. The Lost Instrumental
Lee Brotherton Version: Slow and cool.
Paranoid Mix: Fast and Cool.
Stage Clear Ending: Very peaceful.

Solaris phase 2 music is awesome and the super smash bros brawl/smash bros 4 on Wii U version on his windy hill zone not 3ds also blue world and the fan remix and now it lives in side of you INSIDE OF YOU YA IN THIS WORLD
Acoustic still sounds the best to me
Clearing this up, the first version is the original version heard in game, which only featured Ali Tabatabaee and Matty Lewis of Zebrahead, the second is the full band version by Zebrahead recorded for Several Wills.

Just as a little edit for the artists, Solaris Phase 2, the credit goes to Tomoya Ohtani for that awesome remix because apparently he helped write His World with two of Zebrahead's members, and the original version, the credit goes to the two of Zebrahead's members (mentioned before), and not the full band, as it says on the soundtrack, and I think their names are Ali Tatabasse or something like that and Matty Lewis. And also, you can get some of these from soahcity, in case that helps anyone.

Point is, and especially since some groups have a large amount of members and use different combinations of members for different songs under the same group name, it doesn't matter if they use all the members or what combination of members they use as long as they are part of the same group and it's more than one person. (Because one person is an individual either receiving no help or collaborating with other groups or other individuals)

Have we ever seen what his hands or feet look like? I just want to know because the shoes seem so BIG XD
In Sonic Boom we can see that their feet is basically an oval, so I guess that their feet are ovals in the main series as well (rather than normal feet like in the old Archie comics) since that was also designed be SEGA (unlike the Archie comics), but I don't think we've ever seen anything about their hands.
AGM Official in SA1 you can see Tails feet in artwork are like that (along with Amy and Big, but more for big since he wears sandals)

There is a huge flaw in that logic: Brawl came out in 2008, and the e3 version of Sonic 06 was presented to the pubic in 2005-06.
@dsWarrior actually, the zebrahead isn't the original, crush 40's is, zebrahead is a cover/tribute band, and crush 40 is the band that made all the others sonic songs in the 3d games, except for unleashed and colors and some of the bgm in the original games

It's true, we will never forget about Sonic, but if Sonic Team doesn't change their tactics, we will eventually forget about the good days of Sonic. Maybe it's just nostalgia, but I miss the days when Sonic was still fast-paced, 16-bit, side-scrolling goodness. Sonic Generations is a step in the right direction at least, but much more is needed than that to really bring Sonic back up to his former glory.

Wow! I had no idea that there ere that many versions of this awesome theme. THis one is defintely going down in the history books.
It's one of reasons, there's no denying that, just check any "Why do people hate sonic '06 so much" threads and glitches will always be brought up, between beastiality, bad V/A etc. etc.
Well that's the name of the song. They're all called His World. But it's just like Open Your Heart is known as "by Crush 40" well this is "by Zebrahead". But it's only 2 of the members. And the Zebrahead remix uses all the members. Tho I have see some fans, at least int he recent few years, just decided to start calling the Zebrahead remix the "Zebrahead version". lol

Actually,it's composed by Tomoya Ohtani (I think),and vocals are performed by Matty Lewis and Ali Tabatabaee from Zebrahead.This is one of the reasons I'm starting to think Matty Lewis is better than Justin Maurello(vocalist of Zebrahead up until 2005).
It is made by Matty Lewis and Ali Tabatabaee who are both in Zebrahead though.

This is the only sonic song to be remixed so many different ways from one flippin game. I love it! Though the original (the first song) Is still my fave.
