How has the Savior healed you as you've simply looked to Him?
I've mentioned this before, but do so again in order to give glory & honor to my Savior.
5+ years ago, I'm dying in the hospital & I feel His love for about 30 seconds in a way that was extremely powerful & very difficult to describe. Things I had struggled with overcoming on my own for decades, instantly became Strengths.
They remain strengths today because I've always kept in remberance who that healing came from.

I loved your thoughts on the brass serpent & the Law of Moses pointing to Christ, but can't save without Him.
Last month, I attended Education Week at BYU. One of my most impactful classes was by Josh Madsen on all the parallels between the final week of the Savior’s life & the Jewish Passover.
Here are just a few. As Christ is making his triumphal entry, Jewish families are choosing their Passover lamb, who is brought into their home to dwell with the family for 3 days. Jesus dwells in Jerusalem for 3 days. When Christ is cleansing the Temple, families are cleansing their homes of leaven products.
The Passover sacrifices & the crucifixion are also concurrent.
Thanks also for sharing such a personal story. Yes, He will ALWAYS there when the darkness lifts!

One day I'll check out BYU Education Week hah it's just not my season as of yet. I have loved being affiliated with FAIR for a bit because I feel like so many of them know those details that I'm simply unaware of. I've learned a ton. The poignant parallels always blow my mind. Thank you for sharing that.
