Was addicted to this over the holidays. I recommend playing then maybe adding some interesting house rules to make it even more interesting. Also teams is a blast.
How do you play teams?
@@walkersonneville5036 it has other instructions in the book for how they recommend it, but its mostly the same except you and a parter can plan together and if you have a ship in a trading post or a teammates island its really helpful to freely trade resources to build up.

In the beginning of the game, treasure placement happens BEFORE players pick their island. Love this game!

I had bought admiral awhile back but I wish I had know about this before hand. Admiral is a little more complex but the rule book is outdated so you have to to look up the new version. This one seems fun without the over thinking. I wish that had forts in this one like admiral tho

7:58 your ship can't attack this island again during your turn
Yes he is not suppose to attack again, but if he had another ship he could move out then move the new ship in.
