His story is so inspiring. I'm going through a rough time as my dad just had a stroke and can't walk or talk. I'm having to basically provide for the whole family and also help out with lifting him to go to the bathroom and this kind of stuff. I only have one job though, so hearing from someone who had 4 and was able to come out on top makes me wanna grind more and have hope that things will get better. Thank you David and Brandon!

BC not lying about the food scale and weighing your food. I’ve been doing it since high school. I’m 35 now and I weigh everything I eat. I’ve done it for so long that it’s implanted in my subconscious mind and I do it without even thinking about it.
