Hi, I am interested in why you went with dual struts on your Zelos 48 rather than stingers for the drive system? Also have you experimented with inward & outward prop rotation? It’s a cool boat.

Yes I did, I noticed no difference- speed wise, I run outward on everything I own except the zelos 36.

Thanks for another great run! Keep’em coming! A question for you: have you ever felt the need to reinforce a fg boat just as this one with some fg or carbon inlay? Have you ever flipped a boat at high speed and cracked its hull? I ask this because I am building a tfl pursuit now and can’t decide whether or not to reinforce it before I install the motor and battery mounts. Thanks!

They should all be reinforced both fg and carbon hulls if speed is the goal.

If your motor mount isn't installed yet then now is the perfect time to reinforce, it will be a better and much stronger boat when you're done.👍👍
