You can do it man. Just be consistent. I was never fat, but I am a recovered addict. My body was so frail when I first got clean I'd finish a workout in like 15 mins and be gased. But, I just aimed to be slightly better every week. That's the key in my opinion.

I heard him telling these girls he is in the gym 6 hours a day, and telling them how to do ab workouts that just "shreds it" as he lifted his shirt to point at his abs. I am not exaggerating one bit. And the guy was not jacked, to top it off.
Seeing Will talk about how big he used to be and how he basically started to hate food just to lose weight, and then going back to appreciating and showing his love for food and specifically Donuts is such a nice thing to see, he really does embody that fitness is a lifestyle

Looks like my travel destinations keep changing every time Will changes his donut rankings! Tried donuts and black coffee after I started following Will, and I am hooked. My top cheat meal component these days - black coffee and a pair of Boston cremes. You cannot beat the rush this meal gives!

you should do a new series of “Day in the life of…” where you try different olympic sports and their training schedule; i think day in the life of an Olympic rower would be dope, especially considering it involves eating a TON of food
