Oh I sure hope Charlie got a bite! 🤤. It looks good! Do you not tenderize in anyway prior to cooking? We were vegetarian years ago and went back to eating meat, specifically chicken mostly, only because I didn't like the texture. Now, looks like I'm going back. Not only is it expensive and I'm paying top dollar for prime cuts, the texture is just off...don't know what it is. Beautiful day indeed. ✌️😉❤️🌹
I know exactly what you mean, the texture of chicken lately is repulsive. I am not liking any meat lately. P.s. I too, went through the vegetarian times. I worked at vegetarian. Restaurant, when I was 17, that's also where I met my first group of dead heads, passing through to test up from following the dead.... got on the bus, been there every since!✌🏻🙋🏼♀️😊😊😊

I’d add some lemon and Worcestershire sauce to that marinade! Acid breaks down the tough fibers! Maybe pound it out a little bit too. Deeelish! Sliced on the bias!
The crazy part is it's largely the fattier beef that keeps going up in price. It's messed up, because the fattier beef cuts are more satiating and in turn more cost effective.
