i was taught and heard that America was not in Revelation. I am no Pastor nor am i a scholar of the Bible. However when i ask God about something's in scripture, he reveals. I started reading and listening to Revelation about 5 times. A still small voice spoke, "Revelation 18 is the United States of America". No other country has caused other nations to prosper in modern times as the US, but its inhabitants turned away from God (The church, Gods sons and daughters). WHY AREN'T THE PASTORS AND PREACHERS CRYING OUT, REPENT to their congregation! JESUS we need you!!!!

America is the great harlot of Rev 17:3 and her religion that's written on her head in verse 5 is represented by the statue of liberty that stands in the harbor of the mega city which is New York City in verse 18.
Also, the bible goes on to describe the excessive luxuries of that nation, and I can say, as an Amercian, we do have EXCESSIVE luxuries. On top of this, America is one of the top nations when it comes to trading. If America were to suddenly stop being a large part of trade, merchants would definitely lament America's fall, which lines up with Revelation 18:11-14. Another thing is the fact that America was the first to pass abortion laws and LGBT rights, which lines up with Revelation 18:2-3.

Be a berean of scripture and study for yourself, the Lord expects you to test what is taught in church to see if it's true or not as Acts 17:11-12 says. Most won't do this and just believe what they have been taught. Will you research this???

If they are talking about whether or not the U.S. is mentioned in the Scriptures, it would make sense to me to look at Isaiah 18, Isaiah 47, Jeremiah 50 and and 51, and possibly the seventh kingdom mentioned in Revelation 17:10. But to do so, you would challenge the preconceived notion that this country was truly Christian.

In Daniel 7, there are four creatures mentioned. A lion with Eagle's Wings, a bear with 3 ribs in its mouth, a 4-headed leopard with foul wings, and a horrendous creature like a monster dragon. The lion represents England and the Eagle's wings is the United States since the bible mentions the Eagle's wings are plucked off the lion.
Interesting - The bear... is of course Russia, (the Russian Bear) and the leopard Germany (4 heads refers to four German Reichs, three that have happened and one yet to come). Still working on the three ribs in the bears mouth which could refer to the Baltic states.

1) Two horns like a lamb, but would speak as a dragon;
The United States of America began around the time the "sea beast" (Rev. 13:1-10) received its 'deadly wound' (c. 1798, when Pope Pius VI was usurped by Napoleon's General, Berthier, and the Papal states were taken from him.

The United States is not only the undisputed MILITARY POWER in the world, but it is also the undisputed ECONOMIC POWER in the world...not to mention its status as the ultimate POLITICAL POWER in the world.
The United States plays the pivotal role in Bible prophecy as it is this "false prophet" who will ENFORCE the "Mark" of the "first beast".
The United States ain't gonna crumble before the return of Christ.
Christ will destroy it along with the entire wicked world when He returns; then, and only then, will He bring His people up to Himself (Rapture).
There is NO OTHER NATION in history, or which exists now, that can compete with the United States as far as Political, Economic, and Military power.
Greg Laurie (whom I love as a brother in Christ) and Don Stewart are following the FALSE PROPHETIC SYSTEM known as Dispensational Futurism.
Because they follow this false system of Eschatological interpretation, they don't know the identities of either the Antichrist (Roman Papalism), or the False Prophet (U.S.A.).
They are looking in all the wrong places for the fulfillment of Bible prophecy because of their Jesuit-invented Futurism.

For centuries, Bible-believing Christians have known the identity of the "sea beast" (Rev. 13:1-10; aka, the "man of sin, son of perdition," 2 Thes. 2:3-4, the "little horn," Dan. 7, and the "scarlet harlot," Rev. 17)...and that this "sea beast" would reign for a literal 1,260 YEARS before receiving a "deadly wound" that would eventually be healed.
Japan DOES NOT meet all the qualifications of the sea beast. Japan has not sat "in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God".
The Roman Papacy has, though. She is the "little horn" (Dan. 7) which arose after the fall of the Roman Empire (c. 476 A.D.) to take her place as the remnant of "iron mixed with clay" (Dan. 2).
Only the Roman Papacy matches the Biblical descriptors of the Antichrist. No other entity can or will ever match these same descriptions of Antichrist as the Papal Church/State does.

Dispensational Futurists are sadly awaiting some future, "Mr. Diabolical," who only comes on the scene after a [mythical] Pre-trib. Rapture, and only during a [mythical] 7-year period of tribulation. This is all fallacious, and NOT in line with God's prophetic Word.

The beast and Babylon are two different entities. Babylon is destroyed by the beast. The beast are multiple ruling countries with perhaps one ruler who rules them such as an Antichrist figure. North Korea fits that bill. So imagine China giving its power to North Korea, then they align with Russia, Iran etc. if they all came together like the beast they would be then yes Babylon America could fall.

Now go to revelation chapter 13 it goes back to the beginning of the great tribulation, which by the way is only 31/2 years. The same beast from daniel have now come over to revelation and formed satan's end time government. All except the eagle wings. You can find them in revelation chapter 12 verse 14 protecting the woman(Israel). Who is Israel best friend today?
