My team was Jusis, Alisa, Rean and Jusis. I just keep doing arc slash with Rean and he couldn't even get a turn to eat someone, so all the battle was Alisa giving cp with heavingly gift, Jusis spamming noble command, Rean spamming arc slash and Laura doing normal attacks of 9k until it got 200 cp to do a S-craft of 40k.
If you give Laura Domination, Vermillion master quartz, and increase her strength by 50% before her first turn, she'll take out 99999 damage with her S-Craft.
Fantastic song, somehow I never heard this since I first finished ToCS1 years ago. The choir gives me some vibe flashbacks to Apocalypsis Aquarius from FFXV.
Dunno, went on Hard with Rean, Laura, Alisa, Elliot, Machius, Emma, and Gaius and kinda just had Gaius dodge everything just Earth Pulse + Wild Rage into his S-craft, Laura doing her initial 70k dmg bong with Dominance Quart, then like 40k bongs when I had the chance, Alisa giving me the sweet sweet CP regen and Insight on everyone, saving Rean's ass few times and Elliot with Machius giving me Adamantine Shields c:. Was kind of funny how he tried to eat my guys 5x in a row and failed every time, then finally succeeded on his 6th try and then I just got my ally back right away with prepared S-craft. Anyways, I kinda got him even without anyone dying except for Alisa, when he used his Spirit Bomb move. But then, she just got revived immediatly due to her having Angel Master Quartz equipped, so yeah, I didn't really have too much trouble with this boss. Honestly, the fight with C in Roer was actually harder. But it was one hell of a badass boss anyways :P.
I feel bad for only using normal attacks on this boss fueled with impedes 1 - 3 by Rean and Fie while a theme song this epic was playing Bro was literally getting jumped and could not fight back 😂👌
@momarbeye9252 It's two separate streamed d&d shows. If you search up: World of Io and one of those two names, you'll find them. This song was used in a season finale/ cross-over. The episode is Deadbeats x Pipe Dreamers Crossover 4 Season 2 Finale. Very fittingly in an epic boss fight.
Went into this game blind not knowing what to expect, but this boss fight was so intense and Laura saved my butt several times when he would capture my party members. The music was very fitting.
I stomped this boss on my first try on Nightmare. How? Laura. A plethora of Zeram Powders/Capsules I had saved up throughout the game. Buffs. :D C on the other hand was the hardest boss in the game for me, and took several days to beat. I don't think I've been that tense during a boss battle in years. Victory in that fight felt so amazing.
Zeram powders are the ultimate cheese to every final boss in every Trails games ever, Cold Steel and Sky. Never again, sucks the tactical aspect out of everything.
Thanks to Millium and Fie this battle was pretty easy Just keep using Delay Crafts and fill up your CP with Arts or Crafts and he will nearly ever get a turn. After a fucking fight of 20-30 Minutes he got only 5-6 turns? xD In Nightmare just finished him with 6 S-Crafts with Domination and Attack Boosts/Quartz. better wasting 10 minutes on preperations then on fighting
I gave my fie so many dodges with critical on every counter so i can spam link attacks. Gave machias lots of ep for spamming adamantine shield. Elliot spams seraph ring when needed. I equipped rean with lots of those cp accessories to spam s craft if someone gets eaten lol
You can give him zero turns if you want. Use Fie and Rean's delay crafts. Give them Impeding quartz(anything that improves delay), have someone use Chrono Drive for more SPD, have either Fie or Rean or both use Chrono Burst to act twice in a row and have them use delay crafts/CP/EP restoring items depending on how often you delay, and in the worst case scenario, have Machias use his burst craft to immediately give Rean/Fie another quick turn. It's flawless.
Thanks for the vanish heads up, well as long as they still have anti vanish accessories, we'll be good (tho is there a accessory to counter vore in this game xD)
This is like Ao no Kiseki when last boss start to destroying the time itself and makes all party member vanished when they have a low HP. And you can't counter that. Just wtf.
@@EggCheesePastreem the vanished itself is intentional and even grail locket can't save you. Only option is you must defeat it before they cast its skill

I know its not an abuse but just of the strategy, but well i didnt use it so maybe i took it the harder way.. I wish they add some kind of accuracy to a big boss so we cant cheese it, also put some sort of cap to the AT delay.. Its a big boss, not fun if you can beat it without thinking or having a hard time imo..
when the final boss theme of the first game ends up being more hype than the final boss themes of the rest of the cold steel games (still can't beat azure arbitrator though)
I was lucky as hell in this fight! I pretty much skipped the last third of its HP bar. My Murakumo Rean with full STR buff and 200 CP S-Craft critted him for 60K sooo yeah. Still a really epic fight and if I didn't have that luck, I would have lost :P
Screw this boss....I love the game but I hate most of the boss fights in this game: too many 1 hit KO for my tastes. And this motherf----er took the 1 hit ko to the next freaking level! Even C was easier (I barely took damage thanks to Adamantite shield being spammed) And I was level 70+, fully geared and had everything set! PS: And is it me, or is it normal for him to attack first?
I fought him being lvl 63 and I didn't suffered from one hit kill (it was first playthrough on hard mode), of course there were massive attacks that dealt great damage, some of them killed different characters many times, the only attack that is instakill is the Ultimate one, with the spheres of light and darkness. You just have to buff everything, cast adamantite shield to counter the soul stealing technique of the boss, have someone kill the minor enemies quickly and serve as a decoy for the boss. Never put all your characters too close, healers separated from fighters, and good luck with the ultimate technique, I was about to kill him when he used it, I really prayed to survive, and got lucky, Elliot dodged it, Rean with 1 hp left, Alisa and Emma both died but I just needed the last hit on the boss
I dunno, C and basically every other boss fight were much easier than this (all I had to do use was the accessory to counter debuffs, alongside buffing), but this guy gave me quite a lot of trouble because of his constant heals and "sucking skill". On top of that, he and his minions started the fight before I could and nearly decimated me from turn one (cause sleep + critical hit) and I think he used his ultimate right from the start. I took a lot to recovery and when he missed 10k, he used his ultimate again and 1 shot me. Maybe I was unlucky because when i retried, he barely used it.
I mean, I might have gotten lucky, or something, but I never had to retry a boss more than twice, and the only bosses I had to retry were this, S (I lied. It took 3 tries for S because of her "beautiful" OHKO S-Craft), and C. C because I kept misreading the stances.... there were too many to remember after S that several kind of looked similar. At least for me. G was a bit difficult, but I managed to beat him in my first go after tons of celestial balms (and then panicking when the second boss dropped in after him lol turned out fine in the end though). I ended the game at level 64. For this fight, I had Rean, Laura, Elliot, Emma, Jusis, Fie, and Millium. Laura had domination, everyone had hit 2, Elliot had seraphic ring (so very helpful), and then I used buffs like many others seemed to have used. Again, I might have gotten lucky. Once I got rid of the allies, the fight was easier than the first time I tried to beat him. Each time he called allies, I had one person take care of them, and S-Crafts seemed to be the only thing that freed allies, so I went with that. I avoided using Elliot's S-Craft until the end so I could use holy song and resounding beat, and then EP charges after he used seraphic ring. Honestly, Elliot has saved me so many times with holy song and seraphic ring. When I fought him, each of the two times I tried, he attacked first. So I think it's most likely, not sure about all the time though. By the end of this fight, none of my characters had a substantial amount of CP lol I think where I got lucky was that he never used an ultimate attack? He might have, and I just survived, and used Elliot.

When a games "final boss" is just a test to measure if you can handle what comes next, you know its a good game series
hey you're playing cold steel too! this and the azure arbitrator just generate some immense feelings for great final bosses. you know it all in trails, if the ost goes insane, its gonna be a good fight
I got a weissmann vibe when it went to the pipe organ sounding part halfway through, and then I remembered that we almost literally have weissmann to thank for both trails in the sky AND the events of cold steel indirectly. Intentional maybe?
Dude literally doesn't give up even though he's in hell. He on the grind.
Sound of laura bringing down every single enemy .
It's a shame that they didn't stick with the Pulsation to Tomorrow motif for the rest of the arc. It goes so hard with the organ and choir.
Honestly this fight was much more difficult than C, but in the end I was able to get away with using Gaius, Jusis, Crow, and Rean to delay spam up to 110 delay.
Truly immaculate stuff
Seraphic ring, Seraphic ring
This made the final boss of CS1 way better than it had any right to be.
Technically not the final boss of the game itself but the final boss in the old schoolhouse.
@@douglasmasters9051 It's as much of a final boss for the game as Braska's Final Aeon is for Final Fantasy X. A bunch of irrelevant fights after doesn't change that.
@@Scytherman I suppose so. Still, if we're going by the story, it was indeed the final boss as during the epilogue fights the game was basically holding your hand.
Time barrier...Break!
It's like the brought in whoever does the Ace Combat music for this one
Ah finally a fellow ace combat fan who thinks the same thing 😂 you should also listen to “The Azure Arbitrator”. It’s a boss song from Ao No Kiseki and the first like 40 seconds of the song sounds like it came straight out of a ace combat game. It sounds so good

@@LukeR.5117 Isn't there a damage cap in the first game at 49k?
It's a shame that this track was demoted to cutscenes in Sen no Kiseki II. :(
True, it would've been great to have this while fighting the epilogue final boss, like a reminder of that intense fight against loa erebonius
Nah, the final fight against Luciferia wasn't meant to be intense.
@@di-gun5791 thanks for the spoilers
It's not, finish the game first before complaining.

?
That moment when you made Rean Fie lite and the boss physically couldn't hit him.
But of course, the G.Belt Alisa CP regen + Aegis Machias' Skanda Gem-AT UP-Phys Guard abuse cheese gets the MVP.
I feel bad for only using normal attacks on this boss fueled with impedes 1 - 3 by Rean and Fie while a theme song this epic was playing
Bro was literally getting jumped and could not fight back 😂👌
Here from Pipe Dreamers and Deadbeats.
Can I have the link please?
@momarbeye9252
It's two separate streamed d&d shows. If you search up: World of Io and one of those two names, you'll find them.
This song was used in a season finale/ cross-over. The episode is Deadbeats x Pipe Dreamers Crossover 4 Season 2 Finale. Very fittingly in an epic boss fight.
@HadaHarabaz thx a lot, I really appreciate it, I didn't think you'd answer
Me too

This boss was extremely difficult, I pulled though somehow tho, it was annoying but enjoyable
Dont haul my Laura !!!!
@@카를로타69no lie, Laura was extremely useful in this fight.
How's there no extended version of this lol(would make for some epic shower and commuting music (used to be a delivery guy))
Buffs. :D
C on the other hand was the hardest boss in the game for me, and took several days to beat. I don't think I've been that tense during a boss battle in years. Victory in that fight felt so amazing.
Fack C and his machines xD too many disables
C is ok his faint tolerance is abuseable and adamantine shield is OP. same for this boss adamantine and buff is your best friend XD
Yeah, Adamantine Shield spam is what got me past C. xD
Molten rain is a lifesaver in that fight
Zeram powders are the ultimate cheese to every final boss in every Trails games ever, Cold Steel and Sky. Never again, sucks the tactical aspect out of everything.
NO! PUT REAN DOWN, YOU JERK! TAKE THIS!!!
The Perfect Steel of ZERO of CS1
It might not be the FINAL boss, but it is the final BOSS.
Thanks to Millium and Fie this battle was pretty easy
Just keep using Delay Crafts and fill up your CP with Arts or Crafts and he will nearly ever get a turn.
I just grabbed Rean and Gaius and used their crafts (Arc Blade and Savage Fang, respectively) to delay Loa into oblivion.
The most annoying move is when he eats one of your teammates.
Spoiler
And in trails of cold steel 2 when he vanishes your teammates.
Yep that was painful and ANNOYING like he's broken.
Just wtf.
@@muhammadzulfikarramadhan1652 try grail locket
@@EggCheesePastreem the vanished itself is intentional and even grail locket can't save you.
Only option is you must defeat it before they cast its skill
This boss isnt hard but isnt easy either, at least could gave me an increase of heartbeat.. Well i didnt use any abuse though, just fight it normally, without high eva, machias AT spam etc..
Lyrics pls
This thing ruined a no-loss run for me....I’m upset....
I thought he wont be able to get a single turn if you knew what to do haha

I was lucky as hell in this fight! I pretty much skipped the last third of its HP bar. My Murakumo Rean with full STR buff and 200 CP S-Craft critted him for 60K sooo yeah. Still a really epic fight and if I didn't have that luck, I would have lost :P

Nope. Its CS I Opening.
FKING ADAMANTINE SHIELD
Sen games are a pain to finish and far worse that Sora, Zero and Ao but Jindo and Momiyama REALLY helped. So, thank you.
I cheated I use fie double turn and use items to restore my cp to have Laura use her s craft
Screw this boss....I love the game but I hate most of the boss fights in this game: too many 1 hit KO for my tastes. And this motherf----er took the 1 hit ko to the next freaking level! Even C was easier (I barely took damage thanks to Adamantite shield being spammed)
And I was level 70+, fully geared and had everything set!
My fie always attack first though xD
Bullshit C was fucking broken.
I only died like 2 times to this thing while C had my attention for the whole fucking day
