I got the super sport 4 inch lift and am having a lot of trouble with the rear brackets. They are identical to the ones you have in this video. I cannot get the bottom bracket and existing brake plate to line up. How many bolts go through both the existing plate and new bottom plate?

@michael check out 6:22 in the video. Should be what you're referring to. It's the two u bolts for 4 nuts for the 4 threaded studs that run through the plate.

Nice cart. Is the Ackerman angle correct on this kit? (steering arms angled outward from parallel). I’m thinking of buying this lift, but I just want to make sure the geometry is correct first. Their website pictures are not big enough to tell.

I'm not too familiar with the Ackerman angle. Everything geometry and ride-wise looks, works, and turns just fine. You can adjust the toe and camber if needed. Not sure if that helps, but I haven't had a problem with it since I put it on almost 4 years ago, and I would highly recommend this kit.

Adam, thanks for making the Video. How is the Lift now after a few months? Any Issues? How would you describe the ride now in terms of, Stiffer, Softer, more absorbing of bumps? I ask because I have had my cart since 94' and first had a Jakes lift and now a Rohx but both just used the same leaf springs and the bumps at my course have taken a toll on the frame over the years, Requiring it to be re-welded 3 time in the front end as fell as a couple in the rear seat area. The front end on this lift looks solid and better adapt to keep the camber correct. Did you get adjustable shocks in the front?

Hey Eddie, happy to help out! My post install feedback is it is an awesome, very well built lift kit - no issues so far! Even with a 6-inch lift and 23" tires, it feels much more stable on turns compared to when it was stock. It is a much smoother ride on bumpy roads, but remember it is still a leaf spring suspension in the rear so while you may barely feel bumps in the front, you'll still feel them from the rear (especially if you have HD springs).
I like that the rear lift uses two u-bolts on each side which is more secure and safe than the one u-bolt setup that pretty much every other kit uses. It does have adjustable shocks and the front is highly adjustable to fine-tune the camber. But to be honest, I didn't have to adjust anything...just bolted it on and enjoyed the ride. I do need to slightly adjust the camber on the driver side which I plan to do this winter while it's not getting as much use.
One added bonus was I also picked up 4 mph over stock with the 23" tires! In short, I highly recommend this kit if you are looking for an upgrade. Compared to other kits I have seen and ridden, it's a winner!

@@adamfeber I'm looking at a long travel kit as well, currently have a Jake's 6" spindle lift and looking at their 6" long travel. I know you did your homework, how did this kit compare to Jake's? Is the long kit much softer than the stock suspension? Thanks for the video

@@smokingt the ride is much better than stock, but I did have a 15-year-old golf cart with worn out suspension. I did put on HD leaf springs in the rear which firmed up the ride but that is what I was looking for. The front suspension absorbs bumps extremely well, and the front shocks are adjustable to get the desired feel.
As far as Jakes vs All Sports, I did evaluate the two but do not have hands-on experience with Jakes kit. The Jakes kit widens the wheelbase by like 4-5 inches and since I keep this in a cluttered garage, I wanted the smaller footprint of the All Sports kit. I also did not like the look of the little bumper that the Jakes kit has and liked the skidplate of that All Sports kit and ability to retain the stock bumper or use an aftermarket brush guard from any company.
I hope that is helpful. Best of luck!

@@adamfeber Another question for ya bud if you don't mind.. It looks like the Jake's long travel has a very wide stance to it and would require spacers for the rear tires just to match, does the All Sport have the same wide stance as Jakes or is narrower?
