Thank you for this extremely helpful video. I'm learning right alongside you, and you answered/ confirmed everything I was wondering about this beautiful succulent! It's my first, too.
Very good information. Bottom leaves of my echeveria are decomposing but there are two beautiful blooms. Now I know why the plant may be shedding the bottom leaves. Thank you.
I planted one and its bloomed so much and yes the bottom petals are wilting...how much of the bloom stems do you cut? Just the flowers or the whole stem?
This gentleman just said that the echeveria loves full sun. I was told earlier on another blog that full sun would kill succulents. I've go so much to learn. This is almost like learning Photoshop; do I have the time left and the patience or not?
I keep mine in partial shade but some are ok in sun, just need to be careful and transition them too slowly from shade to sun, from greenhouse to outside, and that is a little tip. There is always google.
It depends on the type of succulent. My echeverias sit in my window sill which gets a pretty good amount of sun and I've never had any issues with them.

Beauty After Dark Cut the stalk down as far down as you feel is good. It will eventually dry out and you can put it off.
Any tips for getting it to bloom? What kind of soil are you using?
got a tip for ya mate. 50%sand, 20% decompost stuff, 20% garden soil, 10% small pebbles :3 just try it out bruh
Do you know some of the uses for these flowers?
Thank you!
is it still alive
I'm too picky and refuse to purchase a bruised one. One day I'll come upon a perfect specimen 🐼
Perfection you won´t find in a manipulated plant. Pristine condition you´ll get on your plants after they are under your own control.
