XCO WORLD CHAMPS course preview , SPICY track!

You know it is World Champs when the course has gnarly futures in it! The 2023 UCI Cross Country World Championships are held in Peebles, Scotland and the course is spicy! Gap jumps, steep rock roll, off camber roots and steep punchy climbs, this course has it all. This course is going to make for some exiting racing this week! Thank you Riley Amos, Brayden Johnson, Nicolas Konecny and Ricky Bobby for the hot lap!

Always enjoy a full lap of a course FPV! Wow - that is so different from when I was racing marathon XC in the mid 2000's! Maybe because midwest but we never had gap jumps on an XC course.

Hysterical when you speed it up the whole chipmunk thing, but at any rate, this is a fast track with a fast course !!! And you’re a good rider ! I have an older giant Hardtail XTC I think I would probably skid out , if I went too fast on some of these sections, let alone some of those rock garden obstacles too

A lot of locals would be fine but many visitors to Glentress would injure themselves even with appropriate sinage. We have plenty of stuff like this in the valley so no loss really.

I disagree - I moved into the area 8 years ago and Glentress is my local stomping ground.
This trail could have been a great addition and when watching this video the first time I hoped they keep it - but of course, people can't have fun; so they had to remove it.
There is only just one long black trail at Glentress and watching grass grow is more exciting than that trail.
Glentress is becoming boring to be honest, and Innerleithen is sadly full with arrogant people.
