And also on the last level 2 or 1 cars ???
Just of today, I’ve found out 2 things. First being the car sale limit, as I’ve never sold more than two vehicles per month. Second, that I’m now being spectated as a potential dup-glitcher. Just because I felt the urge to sell some unused cars and reorganise my garages a little

It's possible for anyone to get slapped with the sell limit unfortunately you don't start out having a sell limit until you either attempt to empty a garage or you dupe cars and sell too many.
You can still use your second character as a mule for dupe cars.(or frozen money if on psn). Just sell 1-2 on the second character (assuming your sell limit isn’t less than 2). Bank the cash, delete, repeat.
I have sold cars for yrs and I’ve never seen the 20 car limit sell previously, and this is an obvious cash grab from rockstar, squeeze every last bit from players.
Before I knew about the limit and “dirty dupes” I sold two dupes and was flagged. I can only sell ONE car a day. Been that way going on 3 years now. 🤣 oh well.

This happened to me when the next gen console version was announced I decided to sell most of my cars. All of them are legitimate and not dupes and placed on a 1 car every 24 real hours. It really took away from the fun of the game and I did nothing against the rules.

I got the daily sell limit just selling street cars… no dupes, no glitches, no personal vehicles… just street cars… I’m a legit player so I make little bits of cash at random selling street cars, if this is effecting me then it’s definitely just to force shark card purchases. Why else would they prevent you from selling crap cars that are only getting you $8000 each if you’re lucky 😂

Well if Rockstar wants to go ahead and punish all the clean players the same as the cheaters and modders and so on, in order to have us buy more shark cards, then perhaps Rockstar should lower the price. A glitch where you do the last Casino mission Cash Out & somehow a method to duplicate the vehicle but got patched & had 30 Issis & 13 Oppressors II Sadly, the value decrease from $1.8M to $18,000 each Issi..🤯😹😹🙃
Honestly I've been on the sell limit for ages one car and I hit the limit I went ape shit when I first duped cars it honestly doesn't do anything aside from make it so you can only sell one car per day on old gen I used to have to wait nearly 2 days to sell one aside from that nothing has happened to me 😂
What else needed to happen to you? You are exactly where the system is designed to have you; caught as a over zealous duper and only able to sell 1 car a day… No need to ban you, which would lead to major issues. You’re still able to play the game as they intended.

Bruh the daily sell limit has been in the game for ages. All you gotta do is sell no more than 8 cars per 32 hours. I’ve always done that and never got a sell limit. Also, only sell 2 cars per hour.

You are incorrect about the DSL implementation… It was initially intended to simply keep ALL players from continuously selling street vehicles. It was a payout nerf from the start… One of the first things 99% of new players do, is try selling as many street cars as you can, until you hit that initially, unknown, very high DSL. I believe it was modified later, to impede dupers, like other things, such as slowing down the animation for entering and exiting a vehicle… Etc.

I have the 2 car limit because i sold all my cars on my second account. I didnt even think anything of it but i tried selling two cars on my current account and on the second one i got the message saying they dont need any vehicles right now. Its been like that for months now lol probably permanently locked mine to two? I could sell one car per day essentially.
Just make sure you don’t sell too many now😂 honestly though, it’s not a huge deal it’s just really annoying if you want to sell cars + there’s a flag on your account in the background
This doesn't effect you if you don't have duplicated vehicles to sell, it's only low level noobs who it would punish other than cheaters. I rarely sell cars, but sometimes I get rid of vehicles in my garages to make space, it's not often at all.

They nerfed how much money you can make with it. Tequila, ruby necklace and bearer bonds had a 30% decrease and all secondary loot except gold got a 10% decrease

And Godmode is still available, I got a godmode player out of his unlocked godmode-Toreador and got him out of godmode and killed him twice after he killed me once. Best feeling ever, i got screen recording. I added him as friend and he kept joining my lobby again and again lol. 😆 Rockstar will stop at nothing to stop players from making money, lol but they still can't stop the griefing cheating godmode players. There should be a system to stop griefers with godmode.

That's actually a hidden mechanic in the game the game can tell whether that is the original or a dupe.

They nerfed how much money you can make with it. Tequila, ruby necklace and bearer bonds had a 30% decrease and all secondary loot except gold got a 10% decrease

And Godmode is still available, I got a godmode player out of his unlocked godmode-Toreador and got him out of godmode and killed him twice after he killed me once. Best feeling ever, i got screen recording. I added him as friend and he kept joining my lobby again and again lol. 😆
Rockstar will stop at nothing to stop players from making money, lol but they still can't stop the griefing cheating godmode players.
There should be a system to stop griefers with godmode.

All I can say is stick to selling less than 2 cars per hour and less than 10 per day. The weird thing is though, it seems like some people are hitting the sell limit before 10. It’s seems like it’s all over the place
