The way the new stamina works basically is the lower your stamina, the slower it regens. So if you have 0% it’ll take over 5 minutes for some Dino’s, while at 80% maybe 30 seconds. And of course you regain 0 stamina walking normally, only if you do the very slow Z walk. Like it or hate it (most of us hate it) it’s probably here to stay because dondi made up his mind on it and we all know how well he takes constructive criticism into consideration
It actually works more like the longer you sit the more stam you regen, so even if youre 90% stam it might take 30 seconds to get to full if sitting because itll be slower, since youre sitting for a shorter time

Sanctuaries are actually really great for Herb and Omi players to get all diets... I decided to play beipi after dying so many times as Cerato and being to frustrated to grow again and I will say. Beipi is the most fun and chill experience ever and most other Dino’s seem to leave me alone most the time unless they very hungy lol.

Beipi's stam is actually really good for swimming. You have to utilize its dolphin dives, as you regain a small bit of stamina each time you breach the water and land back in it. :")
Btw sancuary bees are not bad, they take precentage of your health. So an adult carno and a juvi teno will die at the same time if they enter the sancuary at the same time.

Sadly thanks to this new stam I have been unable to enjoy the game, probably leaving permanently unless the make a lot of big changes

The concept of the stamina is good, but so poorly implemented.
For me it doesn't seem to regen any faster at around 80%.

Beipi only loses stam underwater so if you're low on stam in water you can just go on the surface and slow down a little to regen
Their really needs to be like a termite hill or insect mound to eat from that are exclusive to pterosaurs and baby carnivores
