We are using Heart of Dakota Little hearts for His glory. Also Gentle and classical primer for enrichment (artist study, music study, poetry, reading fairy tales, character study, handwriting etc.). We are adding Outdoor Secrets for science from Simply Charlotte Mason, kindergarten math with confidence (supplementing with Singapore dimensions ka and kB workbooks for fun). We are using ergemeiers bible for reading the Bible daily, 100 gentle lessons in sight and sound from a gentle feast for learning to read, level 1 explode the code, and doing the new thanksgiving unit study gentle and classical should have out soon! We are doing year round homeschool and will stretch all this out until my daughter is 6 1/2 ish. 🙂

You have an AWESOME line up! I’ve only heard of Heart Of Dakota but from what I’ve heard is that its great! A Gentle Feast has always been on mind to try out! It sounds like you have a really great homeschool lined up as your daughter grows! Thanks for watching Cristiannna!

@@TheseDays we are so excited to see if it works for us!We have been using the sights and sound program and math program already for a while and we love them! And gentle and classical. G&C was beginning to feel a little more like just enrichment and didn’t take very long at all every day and I don’t like repeating books a lot and neither does my daughter so that’s why we are going to try to do both. Already starting to figure out what we need.💛 It seems like it’ll be a lot but I really think it’ll be just the right amount! Congrats on your new babe!💞

My oldest is starting kindergarten. We have Kindergarten Math with Confidence that we LOVE so far! For LA, we're doing Logic of English Foundations. For science I just chose Outdoor Secrets from Simply Charlotte Mason. Super laid back and simple. We just do it one day a week.

That is awesome! You have a great lineup, I’ve never heard of math with confidence! Definitely going to have to check into Outdoor Secrets from SCM, I am looking for a solid science curriculum! Thanks for sharing what you’re going to be using!

We are using God's Design for Life. We are a classical/charlotte mason family and are switching from CC to Claritas at home (hoping to build a co-op down the road) for memory spine. History we are using a little (or a lot) of everything (Story of the World, all 4 years in order to cover Ancient History from The Good & the Beautiful, and sprinkling in the geography that matches up from Around the World w/ Picture books Part 1 & 2). Excited about the new math too! We love Saxon, but my youngest is starting too...so we may switch or try and see for one or all 3 of my boys.

You have an awesome lineup of curriculum! I love how you really mix in a lot of different things to create a wonderful homeschool! That’s really cool :) Story of the world has always really interested me! Thanks for watching Megan!

For Kindergarten math I don’t use a schoolbook. We do homemade games and various activities.
For language arts I prefer for the subjects not to be combined. I use Handwriting Without Tears for first grade in Kindergarten. We use homemade flash cards and refrigerator magnets for phonics. At the end of the year we do Hooked on Phonics K.
For Bible we use the Bible and a hymnal.
I love all the things I mentioned. They have worked out wonderfully.

That’s awesome you add in games and make a lot of the activities. Adding in a hymnal and teaching hymns is a great idea, I grew up on them but I don’t think my kids know any hymns they only know modern worship songs, I think adding in hymns is a great thing.
      Thanks for sharing your lineup!

Hey friends! If you have a kindergartener in your house, have you chosen a curriculum yet? Thanks SO much for watching!
