Dani, your videos along with your explanations, are very helpful. I like the systematic way you approach things, always thinking about your viewers that need to take it all in one step at a time. You do a great job!
Going to have to bookmark this one. I want to put a video into my project (at some point).... I have no words ... Really I don't. I have no words. I'm stunned, shocked, speechless. A video lesson I will need before I need it instead of one after the fact and I had spent a ton of time (and maybe did it wrong because somebody else who didn't describe what they were doing along the way).
great explanation and very thorough.. except: the problem I usually run into is the page where the video lives takes forever to load.. that's not what I want for my visitors.. and this is a web hosting problem.. so I upload the video to my RUclips channel and then copy/paste the YT code and embed it into my webpage.. it's not a great solution.. but at least the slow page load problem is fixed.. anyhow thanks for all your great channel content.. it's very much appreciated!
Dani, hair colour and run, brilliant descriptions of how java script works the method and function. As for older browsers .... my Netscape is having problems ha ha ha - not sure how many people remember Netscape ;-)
I would like to know if there is a way to play youtube videos in a HTML 5 video player on personal webpage. I want it so the video does not go to the youtube channel to play just want it to play on the webpage
I drop my stupidity of making many html files for each video last comment and you mock me by making a video on how to to just that 😵 how daaare you 🤣🤣 I love it. I am currently writing a wrapper for videojs and jwplayer that let's you configure the whole ui for both. Merging the api's and their configuration requirements into one so they are converted to work with the other ones config. Giving you one experience with 2 totally different web video players where one is free, and the other is payed with its guarantees for when you loose money with playback issues. It's quite therapeutic work 😊
This is so weird, but my video that I am trying to have on my website is an mp4, but it will only play the audio...no video shows. So I found this video and uploaded a webm version as well and did the coding like you have here, just to see...and the same thing happens...audio only. I'm at the end of my patience!
Hi Dani, you did a great job with the course 👏🎉......I still have one last video to watch. But i have another issue here.....Like you said, we should style our header and footer inside the main.css so that It'll appear on every page in our website. So i decided to create other pages and style them. But I can't find my header and footer on every page, only on the index page.....i added the main.css stylesheet to other pages too but it didn't appear. Is there any thing that I'm supposed to do to make my header and footer appear on every page?
Do you have any recommendations for safari not playing MP4 videos? I followed your steps and the video works in other browsers, just not Safari. The sound also doesn't work on my MP4 either, not sure why.
Hey, Dani ! I just saw your video and tried the autoplay "feature", on my side it worked perfectly fine. Maybe the website has to be on a webserver to function with that "feature".
I've been trying to figure out how it works. It turned out that if I close and reopen the website, the video plays with the autoplay function, otherwise it doesn't.
@@tobias9691 I believe it has to do with the browser. 🙂 Chrome is very strict when it comes to the autoplay feature, but Firefox (and other browsers) should be more lenient with that feature.

The first time I sat in front of a computer, 28 years ago, Netscape was the browser, it was so cool.
Bro , your videos are full of useful contents, thank a lot and I really appreciate you, big ❤️ from Iran

@@Dani_Krossing Oh I didn't think of that. It makes sense that it depends on the browser.
