Now a car like This makes me look lovingly at my next door neighbours house as a perfect site for My new air conditioned GARAGE. Well they still live there but I can't just keep this here bulldozer running forever. (Hmm.. What to do Next ?)

I got a 56 capri that looks just like this one. What's the difference between the capri and premier cuz they look just alike.
no one ever responded to your question, I'm sure you have found out the Premier was the upper model for Lincoln in 56 and came in came in Convertible, 4 dr sedan, 4dr hardtop, 2 dr hardtop, the Capri didn't come in a 4dr hardtop and no convertible. Hope you still have your 56 Lincoln Capri
Beautiful car. Too bad, going to all that expense to restore it and not putting the correct wide wall tires on. Shame.

The 1957 Lincolns were just an uglied up retyle of the attractive 1956 model. OK, it had four headlights. Big deal.
