    These grills were made for tomahawks!. My first cook on the Santa Maria grill was a tomahawk haha.

    I added the gappys rotisserie to the Titian Santa Maria and it’s awesome.

    hell yeah my Dude thing looked sick!! I have a Cow Tipping Seasoning I use for my Tomahawks!

    Nice, do you ever use red oak on your SM girl? I’m from Santa Maria, and that’s all we use but I know it’s harder to get your hands on if you’re not local.

    Is there a technique to light the logs alone without lighting the lump wood first? The amount of lump wood you use makes it quite costly

      Yeah you could use a fire starting cube or torch to get the logs going.
