    Ireland ! I have some ancestors from there. They went to South Carolina, then Georgia, then middle Tennessee, then here to west Tennessee. Here, we use drainage tile, put in with a plow designed to do exactly that ( Soilmax is it's name ). A new Soilmax runs about $35,000. You can buy a Soilmax, get your own land done and then rent it out, or, you can rent one. Gotta have a powerful tractor though cause it pulls the tile through at about 4 ft deep.
