Flying with Mum

I took my Mum flying for the first time in 22 years! We flew the RV-7 down to Goodwood for the day to mee family for lunch and take her flying. Unfortunately I had a camera battery faff and only had the cockpit GoPro running.
This is the Van's RV-7 tailwheel aircraft that I built in my garage over 5 years. It's first flight was in July 2023 and we now fly it everywhere we can visiting people and places and documenting our adventures along the way for friends and family. I flew fighter jets for 20 years and now just enjoy flying around the country with my wife who is also a professional pilot although she lets me do most of the flying! We will be competing in the British Air Racing Championship this year which is why you see 777 on the tail!
