I'm only a few minutes in... chord progression in the beginning reminds me a lot of "Shape of My Heart"; same (classic) picking pattern, but he plays a slightly different chord in the 4th bar.

Just had a go with the free "Ultimate Vocal Remover" to separate vocals and guitar. It does a great job using the standard "demucs" model with "All stems" options. Vocals a crystal clear but this model not only creates a "Guitar" track but additional "Bass", "Piano" and "Other" where you can find some overtones ("Drums" is basically silent). Merge all these instrumentals and you have the full guitar sound. Sounds marvellous!
