I love a bit of Dub and I’m a fan of the greats…. Gutted I missed mr Perry play at Belladrum festival a few years back.. r.I.p mr Lee.. I digress… Great track, going to have to try something similar.. I haven’t gotten into using the randomisation settings yet.
No worries, I would have loved to have seen Mr Perry but some things are just not to be... Randomisation settings are one of my must haves on any kit now. I really love the extra layer of interest it generates without you having to worry about it too much while performing. Have fun with it man and I hope to see you again.
Best video I’ve seen on the MC101. Looking to get a portable groovebox battery operated to play everywhere I go, still searching. You truly mastered it. Thanks again
All of this is done on one clip, I just have one of the control knobs set to the delay send and just turn it up and drop out the arp line. Because the delay is working as a send rather than as an insert with the actual instrument you get the tail of the delay sound once the main line has dropped out.

Great video! Loved the sounds and approach.
Cheers man, love a bit of dub and was pleased to discover you get something close on this little box of tricks.
The best video I’ve seen in years. Thank you 🙏
No worries, thank you for watching and biggin it up. Share and enjoy!!!
@@DocBolus subscribed 😊👌
@@nicomarofficial Cheers, appreciated. Been a bit slack on videos lately IRL getting in the way.

@@nicomarofficial no worries.
Very nice video! I should definitely do the trick for a second track and stack pad chords and distorted guitar power fifths for the ultimate grit!!!
Cheers for watching. Yep, can be used for monstrous big sounds.
The music is top class as well
Cheers man, I may release the actual track on bandcamp.
That Dub track sounded really good! 👍🏾
I also like how you broke down how you did it. Thanks
No worries, love a bit of Dub and I love to share creative ideas.
fiyaaah. Will have to proper study this before I jump on the groovebox again.
No worries, hope it helped and happy to answer any questions. Thanks for watching
A great tutorial dude, thinking of getting 707,i do like a nice round bottom as well
I mean, who doesn't love a nice round bottom. 707 looks so worth it and I reckon that anything I do on this tiny box you could do on that as well.
So good! Don’t know how you make the atmospheric arpeggiator bleed into the next clip echoing.
