there is something grossly mechanical and inhuman about this band and I absolutely love it. Its like listening to your worst enemy being drug behind a semi using razor wire as a toe strap, that's how invigorating and satisfied I feel every time I play a ED track.
And to think some of these modern deathcore band calls them slam, guys this is the true form of slam, im so glad ED are back making sick Slam music, one of my favorite slam bands after abominable putridity.
This is what makes me sick in the slam community these days... Too many watered down Deathcore bands who call themselves slam because they're super brutal or whatever... (I love Deathcore however). The kids only care about the Slams and nothing else. Too much bands that are just uninteresting and get lost in the mass, while it takes some skills and style, like these guys does with their nasty production, crunchy guitar tone, groovy riffs and sick bass drops. Serial Urbicide is a timeless classic that still knocks the shit out of many albums these days, I'm so glad they're back \m/
BRUTAL Deathcore would be more appropriate for the slam infused music, to me when i read and hear the word slam i think of sounds like those low gutturls and that heavy tone down not screams and growls only and dont get me wrong i love those slam dethcore bands too just throwing the word SLAM behind a genre of music is just Cringe
