Louki - 300 grams
Wheat flour - 1.5 cups of
Green chilli - 2
Garlic cloves - 12 to 13 cloves
Onion - 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
Crushed chilli and garlic - 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Ghee/ oil
