In the voice note, the DR. Promised to return the documents back to the pastor, if he is done with the document. This mean the pastor have the right to recall back those documents.

With all due respect you didn't handle or touch any thing in this matter on ground.they should have taken this matter to the law court.the woman hasn't told us how she got the money to get all those properties

Pastor was so wrong bcos he shld hv told the man that if u don't want me to inform ur wife, I will not get involved. Just like the pastor said he told his wife that if her husband doesn't get involved in the documents she gv to him he won't get involved.
