Lol the wash cloth w the soap at the sink is what we call a “bird bath” in my house 😂😂 we got some stinky pits over here so some days we gotta wash our armspits twice if we don’t have time for a full shower in the middle of the day.

@@tera4603 Well, they gave me one to clean up down there because I couldn't really wipe after birth, tenderness, rips, nicks, stitches, etc. All I could do was spray down water down there with the perineal bottle and pat dry. every bathroom trip I would use it, but I still kept them way after I healed because it made me feel cleaner. I bought a 6 pack off ebay and just keep them in my restroom. Good to have after a bowel movement, or during your period.
@@MamaWhit87 yes, I was thinking that would be a good idea to use for your period to flush everything out and to feel cleaner or just to use after you use the bathroom. I’m definitely going to try this.
I kept mine for years after having my son in 1989, but I got rid of it and I so regret it.

I'm happy to hear Chloe is starting to reduce her plastic waste! If you buy a water filter you end up saving yourself money. Instead of buying bottled water all of the time. I know sometimes it is not accessible and bottled is the only option.

I'm 44 and Chloe is the truth!!! I use the snuggle boost scent pods because of Chloe.
You can even find in Dollar Tree disposable washcloths they come in a pack hygiene section. They look like moist wipes but don’t require water.
I just go ahead and take a shower- morning and night- Especially during this pandemic. It takes me 10 minutes to take a shower. It would take me the same time to freshen up. I admire your energy though; keep up the hustle.

@@carinemarcelle5867 For a REALLY quick shower you just use one body wash and your downstairs wash. No scrubs or extra shower cream. Etc just a dove bar soap and the baby dove for downstairs.

To those saying a shower would be faster, that is not really the point. Anyone could do this routine in parts. And this is good for when you’re outside/outdoors at work or school cause you can’t just take a shower anywhere.
For example, you can use the butt cleaning routine after taking a dump outdoors, or the feminine cleanse after peeing. Just take tips from this video and decide on how you can incorporate this into YOUR individual routine and lifestyle 💖

The perinatal bottle is my life!! Lol I have one in my purse and in both my bathrooms. I been using them for years. I actually just covered it in my recent video. Also, I use the Huggies unscented wipes. I buy them like I have a baby! LOL Thanks for the video love! 😘
I feel personal that water only in the private area is more cleansing for sensitive lady parts irritation is no joke with chemicals in most products . Just u have to makes sure ur doing a effective job no need for sprays deodorant feminant washes unless u like throwing ur coins down the toilet. Hygeine essential r toothpaste floss toothbrush alcohol free mouthwash or coconut oil mixs with a dab of baking soda. A plain bar of soap. 24 pack of wash clothes white multiply towels even u can dry off with a hand towel lady bits dry with paper towels separate put for butt.

If people use wipes, please try and find wipes that are biodegradable, organic etc. Bamboo wipes for example. So many wipes contain plastic and go into landfill.

I love her energy and personality. Great tips as well. I also am very sensitive skin all over. However I ALWAYS wipe my front before wiping my back end to keep from spreading bacteria to the vag, which can create an infection. That hair spray would dry my hair out but great idea for those who can use it. I Really enjoyed the tips though. I wish I could use secret but it breaks me out and it told on me lol. The only deodorant that works for me is dove spray on. Smells amazing, gentle on my skin, and doesn’t stain my clothes.
