Yaa I love public speaking N this I realized when I actually tried it for the first time N unknowingly I got connected to people..I could grab everybody's attention...The only reason I could do that was...I was just being honest with my opinions I showed up...N most importantly I believed in what I said ...it made much more easier for me to speak fearlessly...N yes now...not only to speak in public but yeah to sincerely connect with more n more people is my goal N nothing is holding me back from doing that😁.. I am a Realtor in the rural part of LA county and have recently come to the conclusion that I need to learn an excessive amount of communication skills. I am able to write a very persuasive letter but when I get someone in front of me I freeze faster than the helicopter in the film "The Day After Tomorrow" I know I can sell, however. I need to learn to speak confidently;y to people to even get a chance. These videos have helped me get through some low places in my career. Thank you very much @EvanCarmichael

Yes, I want to be a public speaker!! 😄 I've wanted to be one for a long time. I'm still working on the subject content. Lol RUclips has definitely made a difference in my ability to speak. It doesn't really show in my videos but I've noticed it other places. I can put a thought together now and communicate it better than I could before RUclips. This is progress. 💃

I've been noodling around in my mind about public speaking. But so many unanswered questions come to me, i. e. "How do I start? What do I talk about?", among others. But I guess RUclips and other social media outlets are a good start.

i would love to be a public speaker on a larger scale. Right now, I pursue a career as a sales trainer for telecommunication companies, but I've always heard from friends and family that I have a natural ability for speaking. It would be amazing to have this as a true passion.

I want to be a public speaker, I am working on a- my English speaking(I have no trouble understanding) b-I am vloging to practice my speaking ability. First checkpoint for me is just to speak a fluid about anything. Second is to speak with inspiration. This is a beautiful video, very well made. I think it's important for most, if not all, people to understand how to public speak. I loved the first few parts about being a great listener, and being able to change your pace. I feel like I've always been alright at slowing down and taking pauses, but I never tend to speed up and slow down.

Hey Evan. I'm a college student with a lot of dreams that I intend to bring to life and one of them in motivational speaking and getting myself to the point of presenting to crowds of people to help them. I do videos on Instagram which I have found some success in but would like to really get out there. Hi. I absolutely enjoy your videos. Your videos are my teachers. Real talk.... as a special education teacher (18 years so far ) , I know there’s always room for improvement , accommodations , modifications , and everything in between. I still need help in improving my craft .... become a better public speaker ... I speak across the country once a month to families of child with chronic health conditions. I just need the tools. Yes , I have the tools for my students and my son with an illness, but I need it for myself. How do I first begin RUclips , I have no idea. Any ideas ? I have great ideas but afraid to actually present it or say it because folks might copy and I get no credit. :( what is the first step?

At one time, I wanted to be a public speaker. Now I don't want to because of self doubt. Plus, I feel that I have nothing to talk about. I do like the story telling technique because it capture peoples' attention. #BTA203
Self-doubt is the worst reason to abandon a project. If you want to speak, then speak. Expect to suck at the start, and each time you do it, you'll get better :)
