So what if I rerolled my adventure mode and I don't have putrid domain? I talked to the custodian the 2nd time but all the other dungeons are not right and now I'm at the last boss with the 2nd laser still active. Do I need to rerolled again?

No, we learnt the dungeons don’t actually matter. You just need to beat the two boss dungeons, and engage with the prism at the end of each one.
