I have never seen him in person, but he touched my heart with his beautiful voice! This handsome man, blessed by GOD, though blind has inspired thousands of people and is well respected among his piers. At 81, I have never experienced such joy in my heart and soul as I have when seeing on his TV concerts, dvds, or listening to Andrea on my many CDs! More than anything, I would love to attend one of his concerts. I live in Indiana and, at my age it’s hard to get around. My roommate and I have tried to go but haven’t made it yet! i came across this song the other day and read the lyrics i just cried and cried ,i'm going to play it to my wife to encourage her to fight her cancer , i'm falling apart on the inside really but trying so hard to help her keep mentally strong . I relate to songs myself because i'm a singer and sang for many years for cancer charity's and i never thought this would come to my family

Wow well intended comment but born out of your perspective only, many blind people may not choose to change their life to see . shocking to you perhaps but I assure you that it is true. i have lived, walked and worked many a mile with people born blind and those who suffered sight loss , who would not choose to change , some have their identity invested in how they have always lived and experienced the world, people, nature, etc, without the benefits or so called benefit of sight.

Who, amongst all us single women (and quite probably married ones too) wouldn't like to be romantically involved with Andrea?! ;-) . I have no musical training, but I think this song gives Bocelli the right range for his voice. Sometimes I find him struggling too much at the high end. As I have proposed before, this song should become the official Olympic anthem as I have heard several Olympic songs produced by hosting countries, they weren't as inspiring as this one.
I don't know anyone on this posting, and actually no one I know except my husband appreciates this kind of music. Why would women want their hsubands to be like him, we don't even know him. Andrea is probably the most gifted singer I've heard, and I'm sure all the people here making comments feel the same way. Has nothing to do with being Italian.

That was almost 20;years ago & I am blessed by his gift every time i hear him. His voice moves me to tears of joy! Cant afford that $350 tickets to see him. His spirit is powerful. I have no musical training, but I think this song gives Bocelli the right range for his voice. Sometimes I find him struggling too much at the high end.
As I have proposed before, this song should become the official Olympic anthem as I have heard several Olympic songs produced by hosting countries, they weren't as inspiring as this one.

I don't know anyone on this posting, and actually no one I know except my husband appreciates this kind of music. Why would women want their hsubands to be like him, we don't even know him. Andrea is probably the most gifted singer I've heard, and I'm sure all the people here making comments feel the same way. Has nothing to do with being Italian.

I adore this man. From the moment my daughter ran into my house and put the cd in my player and said sit still mom you have to hear this. That was almost 20;years ago & I am blessed by his gift every time i hear him. His voice moves me to tears of joy! Cant afford that $350 tickets to see him. His spirit is powerful. Gifted beyond words for me. I love & admire your gift, the love you show through your music, singing. Every time i get down and bummed out on goes to my Andrea! His energy moves me! I have so many songs of him i want for my cd player! He balances my spirit with his PURE LOVE he puts into his singing and Matteo is joining him.21 yrs of his age
