I LOVE your whole look in this video Emily!!! That sweater is so cute and your hair looks stunning!!! 😍💚💯🙌 OMGGGGG Zen and the art of writing sounds AMAZING and is going right to the top of my tbr!!! This video was so motivating to me, you just have such a positive and uplifting vibe!!! 💕
Omgsh PLEASE check out Zen and The Art of Writing! I has created such a snowball of other positive writing events and I am so grateful for it! Now I've got a couple other writing books I recommend! Thank you so much! Was weird to be wearing an actual nice outfit in a video lol
Your outfit is so fun! 💚 I just found Dandelion Wine by Ray Bradbury at a used bookstore. I plan on reading it in the summer. So far I've enjoyed his work (fahrenheit 451, something wicked this way comes...) And I've read some of his writing advice online and it's always inspirational but I've been away from writing for awhile. Not sure if I'm ready to get back into it yet. I hope your baby is doing okay!
He is doing much better now thank you so much Jess! I have never read Dandelion Wine OR Fahrenheit but I'm going to! I really enjoyed the short stories of The Illustrated Man! I listened to them and each one I was shocked a person could come up with that! Omgsh I am enjoying writing so much Jess it has been such a treat to finally be back at it. Have you ever done Nanowrimo?
@@mynameisemilygood that's good to hear! I haven't done nanowrimo but the closest I've gotten was to write a first draft in three months. Of course, it was all word vomit, haha, but better than nothing.
@JesstheBookFreak WAY better than nothing! I'm gonna try to participate this year if you wanna start thinking about doing it too! I keep reading/hearing that you can edit a badly written page but you can't edit an empty one and that has given me the push I've needed!
I hope your son feels better!! Ooh I have been wanting to re-read Wuthering Heights. I read it in high school and didn't really get it but I think it's worth trying again.
Omgsh please give Wuthering Heights another chance! I didn't have to read it in high school but I feel like I wouldn't have enjoyed it if I did have to! Takes away any opportunity to like something when you're told you have to read it❤
@@mynameisemilygood Do you think it would be a good one to try on audio? Or would it be better to read physically? I got in line for it on my Libby app but now I'm wondering if it would be better to have a hard copy.
@BonnieNicoleWrites I really enjoyed reading the hard copy! Something that helps me especially with a classic is to physically read it while also listening! Atleast in the beginning of a book while I'm trying to figure out what is going on lol
I LOVE your whole look in this video Emily!!!
