Great video Sawyer! Surge is a very powerful character, even with the cooldown. All you need to do is clutch boost your opponents. Her cooldown takes a little getting used to, but once you get used to it she’s pretty easy to use.

I think the single use of tail strike duration is less than the single use of surges. Hence the CD, but they may be using surge as a test balance her later and add the CD option to tangle once it’s trialed and errored.
Tangle is fine with no cooldown, mephiles needs one though
Before in this game, you needed to be a professional to get a good rank, but now some characters make any fool can raise the rank.
I rate her 6/10,her boost is great,lasts quite long and gives a huge speed boost,but her main attack is a bit flawed,it's hard to hit the opponent unless you use it on a dash pad or item box and has a cooldown which i hope hardlight will implement on tangle too.
I haven't seen your videos for so long, I've been going through a different school for the last two months even though it felt like two weeks 😭

Deberían quitar el límite de tiempo a la casilla del Boost para poder usar el mismo y también el escudo y también deberían hacerlo inmune a algunos ataques electrónicos y que estos la recarguen al igual que en los comics ,en cualquier caso está muy bueno gracias a este personaje termine por primera vez en mi vida una temporada entre los 200 mejores en la global usando tu estrategia así que eso es todo gracias swayer forces por todo

Surge is not as weak as I thought her would be, what made her weak is that cooldown.
They made this cooldown reference to the idw comics, in the comics she had to charge her herself to be able to fight.
She has a perfect stats and her mini boost is so long to be a mini boost and her boost is so fast if she doesn’t have that cooldown she would’ve been much stronger than Tangle but with it you need more skill to use her properly, that’s why I like her although they should reduce the time of her charge :)

Oye Sawyer tengo una duda, de Surge porq creo q el impulso q te da Surge es un poco mayor a la de Tangled asiq no sería tanta desventaja usar los ataques de Surge
Depois de usar os ataques da Surge, você não consegue usar mais nenhuma abolida de por um período de tempo
Sawyer Forces como estas mi opinion sobre el persona es nah no es de lo mejor es como tener a Tangle pero con temporisador para usar tu habilidad la hubiese querido para tener a todos los contendientes pero luego la volveran a meter le doy yo 6 de 10
One good strategy is to be in front and repeat the combination of shield small boost, shield small boost. You can do surprisingly well with this tactic and avoid most of the traps. Surge is 🔥
Ps como dices pensé que era una tangle 2.0 pero con ese temporizador uff quita mucho tiempo casi eh perdido por eso

In general, her main advantage over Tangle is that she is a much more stable character.

Personally I like the idea of the cooldown and the cooldownn reset when you hit someone, especially for spamming character like Tangle as you said, and I would say even for Mephiles (LOL you know why). Maybe if the cooldown was for 3 secondes instead of 5 like now might be better I think.. And other idea when you get hurt the cooldown is automatically reset. The character is balance for me but on competitive races we have much better than Surge in my opinion, it feels like you play this character like DarkSpine Sonic because we shouldn't spam attacks for win.
For conclude: the game deserves a big update like we get 1 year ago which most a characters get patch, and I (really) hope that spamming characters get this mechanic (or system) of the cooldown, even the hammer attack of the Amy jungle (also Sir Persival, etc.)
I don't think he needs a cooldown,considering the fact that his attacks deal low damage,I think they should reduce the number of stalking shade mephilies can have to 1.

The cooldown doesn't hold her back enough, she needs more touch-ups, especially that boost that has trail damage for some reason and doesn't trigger cooldown.

Casi diría que es mejor y peor ya queme tuveque soportar con Gangle pero está wea te va a dar unos toques muy buenos pero yo le doy un 7.5 de 10 casi mitad de 8 por qué en específico tiene puntos buenos pero puntos malos si tuviera que ver a ese personaje toda mi vida tendría que mejor usar a personajes con ataques de lentitud pero ahí ta mi calificación dije 7.5 de 10 a mitad de 8 pero bueno que se puede
PD:Sega ni Sabo lo que hace que luego no c por qué siento que después de surge salga a otro igual a él y hablo del más weon de Scourge pero más prefiero que metan a personajes que antes salieron de la franquicia sea antiguo xd

Surge se va a quedar asi por 2 meses o más hardlight le cuesta tanto el hacer cambios de balance, como el que tuvimos que solo tocaron a 3 personajes y eso que tuvieron mucho tiempo sin meter un cambio de balance 😂😂😂

Surge is a solid 8/10 character. I Pushed to 6k yesterday with her. Also, keep using Surge in the meta folks. It helps my Darkspine to do 3-4 speed breaks per match LOL. R.I.P Super Sonic though.

Tangle usa mini boost surge directamente usa boosts porque son largos los ataques y aún sin darte te saca mucha ventaja.
Yo le doy un 7.5, se me dificulta pegar a alguien con su ataque, no es un personaje malo pero debes usarla, sin duda este personaje es para las personas muy estratégicas xd
surge es una tangle pero meno rota me gusto el personaje oh que latima que no pueda tenra porque se me daño el celula pero beuno oh sawyer me di cuerta que mayo que este surge el broqueo se quita mas rapido por lo que vi

she is broken the boost have same speed as super boost and every hit box on that boost deal damage
It's not as fast as a Super, I could outrun one with speed break, but defenetly is as fast as Galahad's.

A decir verdad, surge es mas un personaje de estrategia, y de saber usar tus ataques correctamente para poder ganar, precisamente su tiempo de recarga de 5 segundos te dice que no es un personaje spameable como tangle, y que tienes que saber usarla para poder ganar
Ya te digo que si no tuviera esos 5 segundos surge estaria mas rota que tangle
Recomendación, usar el escudo primero antes de usar el ataque, ya que si usas el ataque primero no podrás usar el escudo por los 5 segundos de recarga
