Note to the self: Pay attention to what triggers your anxiety, these can be mental and or physical; and avoid them. I would start with the physical, for it tends to be more obvious. And hopefully, by avoiding the physical triggers (e.g. processed sugars, caffeine, fast 'food' intake, dehydration, sleep deficit, restless breathing) your mind will be sharper and you will be able to spot the mental triggers, and then work on them (this is where I'd find the insights from this video super useful - thanks @Klug Nuggets).
