My family fell in love at the NJ RenFaire between 2012-2016. Always had to make sure that your performance was a TODO on ren days. Then we moved to Georgia close to GA Ren Festival... but.... you no come :(. We miss you, come down. We hope to see you again. Same friends, different towne.

If you haven't done so, try Pilates. Depending on the practice, it can be very hard. I've done a lot of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi (good for the core and lega) and I like all three - they actually support one another. But every time a man would do a Pilates class, they said it was a lot more difficult than they thought for a "low-impact" exercise program.
My dad’s the only man in his Pilates class but really enjoys it…although he does get teased when it’s time for the class to ‘get their balls out’. Exercise balls, of course!
Enjoyed hearing your goals. Being disabled, I'm not able to attend many Renaissance anything.. LOL But hopefully one of these days you will make it to the Oklahoma City area where I would have the opportunity to come watch. Love your sense of humor!! And thank you for the purrrssss...
A suggestion to add into your repertoire would be to try voice acting &/or narration. You definitely have a good voice for it. Good luck and take care of yourself and your family.

I'm glad that you are taking some time off, that is very important for so many reasons. Btw, I'd love to see you at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival or the Castle of Muskogee's Oklahoma Renaissance Festival or one of their many activities, but I know your summer/fall schedule is tight. Re your reference to acting in a one person theater show: There is a show that my son's college did (will have to find the title) where a professional actor plays the main character and narrates but pulls in audience members to play side characters such as the elementary school teacher he calls up at one point (🙋), himself on a car ride as an uncommunicative teen with his father (played by the actor), etc. If I recall correctly, there are about 5 people pulled in from the audience.
Caught your show a bunch while you were out in Colorado. Looking forward to seeing you again next year. It's fun to see what changes and what stays the same. Your crowd work is so on point that it's always entertaining. And while it's funny to see you complain about the altitude while your'e out here, I hope the fitness goals help deal with our thin air better. Enjoy your time off!

Good luck. A light yellow cat claimed me this fall, so gentle but deadly to rodents. So didn't need 4th cat, kept pleading for him to find a good home. Amazing that 196 is healthy for you but for a woman same height is considered overweight. So cool you are so diverse,found you long ago

I have ASD and I went to the Ren Faire in Lake Havasu, for the sole purpose of seeing your show. I tipped you $50 (on top of what I had to pay to get a ticket to the Faire itself and the gas to drive across the state) and asked you to try "Raphael's Final Act" from BG3. You said it was too obscure and no one would get the reference. I graciously bowed out from my request and went about my day. Don't get me wrong... I get it. You had been there all day in the AZ summer heat and it would have been stupid to go through all that extra exertion just for one person in a crowd of probably a hundred people or more, so I completely understand why you didn't.. I LOVE what you do, and hope that one day the song will be popular enough for you to give it a shot, because my brain keeps coming up with some entertaining ideas with it and I would love to see what a master wordsmith such as yourself can create.
I’d love it if the State Theater in Ithaca NY would book you. Soooo many students and very much ren Faire types of people here who would adore seeing you and your show. A great atmosphere for circus people - in fact, there is a circus school here, I think. It’s a city with a lot of festivals.
You have the performing gene for sure so I think you could find some interesting other characters or shows to do! I always enjoy the clips of the Ren faires.
I found your content accidentally, it was the video of you trying Indonesian pecut, and as I'm Indonesian of course I was curious why a foreigner has a huge Indonesian whip. That whip is special art piece, I personally never seen it myself. I dont know it produces sound like a gunshot! Your show and Renfair in general looks so fun but too bad I'm so far away across the globe, would love to see you in person.

As a person with lower back issues i would recommend pilates. All about core strength and you can do different levels of difficulty for each exercise. I found it better than yoga etc. for my back etc.
